I never have seen that in the USA the people are screaming 'Deutschland'. This song is something very special for the germans and normaly it should be discussed in every school in Germany. Greetings from the black forrest

I was up in the nosebleeds for this concert and the whole vibe with the smoke and lasers was increeeedible. There was also a tornado warning right in the middle of the song, so that was fun!
I am really glad we were finally able to go to this show. We bought tickets early, and waited 2 years. I'm also glad that we got SEATS instead of General Admission floor. Maybe I'm getting too old, but standing amongst the armpit sweat is a big puddle of nope. They need to come back to the United States more often.

A shame that American don't understand the lyrics (and all the double meanings! If an American sang an equal song about the USA he would be banned from 60% of all radio aqn TV stations because of being "unpartiotic!" In Germany it was a great hit because in contrast to the USA we learn about all sides of our history (good and bad ones). "Deutschland" shows many of the bad episodes of our history.
And you are better and stronger for it- look at all that haven't done that., the list is long. (however there are things like that in America and they don't get banned, just half the country knows its true and half denies it)
Rammstein would surely play in Moscow or St Perterburg! But not as long as Russian troops are in the Ukraine. We (Germans) think you have no right to be there. I hope there will come a better time and you can see Rammstein in Moskwa! All the best to all peace loving Russians from Germany!
I think they got banned for the next 50 years like other artists who spoke out against the war in Ukraine. Russia becomes lonely. It shouldn't be that way!

I have carefully read all the comments regarding Rammstein America tour 2022 and I would like to underline that most of them are favourable. We have gotten to be candid about the Rammstein show features and qualities presented on the American soil. Before taking a plunge into the matter, I ought to confess that I am a faithful Rammstein fan. Therefore, to characterise their 2022 show, I am tempted to liken it to America tour show 2010 (Madison Square Garden). And what a show the latter one had been (MSG). Super-hits like: Rammlied, Buckstabu, Feuerfrei, Ich tu dir weh, Weisses fleisch, Sonne, Engel, etc. had been there to make the audience roar. Add up to this recipe fireworks, sounds and games of spotlights. Super-show from all points of view. Now I come back to the current show 2022. The setlist, established by the band, did include any of the above mentioned hits. Moreover (yes I am not afraid to say it), the current setlist is a flop (Armée of tristen, Pussy, Zick-Zack were below the mark). Songs like Engel ( a different version without the gear=wings), Du hast and Ich will could not save the performance. All the other songs, mostly coming from Zeit album, were dull and boring. What really rescued the show were the fireworks, sounds and games of spotlights i.e. only HALF of 2010 MSG performance. So the audience appreciated only HALF of the show. Winding up this was not enough for a famous industrial band like Rammstein.
Time goes by, the members of the band got older. During this tour they performed songs like Deutchland, Adieus, Die Zeit, Armee der Tristen. The most important part in these songs is lyrics. During earlier tours they had nothing like this. To call Armee der Tristen below the mark...LOL
@@somesugar8191 'Armee' is not so 'easy on the ears' and certainly not as the opening song. But the lyrics are phenomenal and hark back to Bertold Brecht. Personally, I would like to hear 'Rammlied' as the opening (... Manche führen, mange folgen...). Rammstein has so many good songs that they could easily do a 4 or 5 hr concert with great songs!
