@@MiiLL3R No it USED to. The last modification it had was the Disruptor rounds, but I often play ballistic and the RE45 does NOT have any mods on it when used in the sling. Test it yourself in the firing range, you will know by the sound when you equip a regular then use the ult with another one. Im sure of it
re45 and wingman are good options too imo, re45 can vomit lead if you need it to finish off an enemy, plus the gold variant gets hammerpoint which is super useful. Wingman also works really well in stock form as a backup/finisher weapon, and the gold variant isn't bad either.
Kandy tip for the smart pistol, right when you lock on flick up to the sky and then the bullet will drop from above have less objects to block it. Nice gameplay though man (Thank you for the heart that made my whole week❤️❤️

I think the Car is also fine as a sling weapon. It has a very fast mag dump speed so the reload buff is really nice as it can churn through mags of ammo real fast to put a lot of downrange pressure. The downside of the car is that it doesn't take many attachments and filling in all the attachments is part of the sling's buff.
best ones for me are: Volt and Prowler (not sure about the spilling here) or the Re:45. Havoc also a great one but i have a problem with it that every time i start shooting it will stop and start bunching and this problem since many seasons till now.
here's what i do: sniper in slot 1, assault rifle in slot 2, shotgun in sling, preferably mastiff or PK. you can pull that out in any situation, but with your ult that's infinite close range damage, and if you're winning your 1's it's a sure fire victory
My favorite (just for fun) combo, is 301, r99, and re45 in the sling 😂 infinite ammo is the ONLY way triple light ammo works 😂😂 But my ranked load out is generally a longbow, r301 or r99, and re45 in the sling.
Isn't the CAR kinda his thing? I feel like that would go well in the sling just bc of the ammo variability. Still tho, I'd probably do one of the pistols
Personally i would say any sniper is an awful choice. You have to be in a perfect situation and hit your shots in order to get a lot of value from it. The hammer point weapons could all be decent as they go from relatively bad guns without any attachments to very solid guns the only downside is the time limit. Getting certain gold guns is probably nice even if it’s not the best such as 301, flatline, nemesis, spitfire, volt, etc since they’re already good guns getting a gold version is definitely nice. However the best one i’ve personally used is the havoc. A gun i actively avoid using because it kicks so much takes forever to start up and burns through ammo removes most of the downside in the gold version. Plenty of ammo turbocharger high damage potential and it kicks less so overall it’s my choice.
personally i think the devotion is crazy good in the sling, having turbocharger and fast reload you just melt through everyone

Havoc is better, at least you could use it as opener without ult, devo with no attachments is the worst gun in the game.
The RE-45 isn’t bad either with the hammer points. The Devotion and Havoc are great too where they come with the turbo charger.

wingman is a high risk, high reward weapon that most people wont pickup because of an inability to hit shots with it

Re 45 is unexpectedly monstrous in sling. Havoc is also super solid ❤
R9 and Rampage are contenders for the best sling weapons imo. Ramoage hipfire goes crazy and ive wiped so many squads with it

I run any quick burst weapon like smgs or lmgs because they fit so well with ballistics playstyle and my need to push every team I see

Re45 or r99 work best for me. The reduction in damage with a turbo on the devo or havoc usually trips me up since I’m expecting a certain ttk.

My ballistic loadout (before r99 crafter) R99 and CAR either both digi or just on CAR and Nemi sling, now its 301/Nemi and Flatline with CAR sling

Any turbo weapon and the re-45 are the best in my opinion. A gold Devo with fast reload is insane.

I tested this out myself and in my opinion the prowler is also very good in the sling for his ultimate
Rampage is good in sling if you use it to knock down doors like Rampart's Sheila. Otherwise the rate of fire is too slow for close range.
