In a way this is true, most high-fashion brands have very strict rules as to what models their hire (age being one of them). THAT SAID, there are many types of modelling, for example, if you look at commercials, there are really women (and men) of all ages there. There are loads and loads of jobs for older models. There are agencies that accept models of different ages, some have special divisions, some specialise in certain age. On top of that, even top brands sometimes have campaigns with older women, not often, true, but once in a while they do. Kind of like they have plus-size or full-size models, wchich is not a surprise for anyone anymore.

I have seen this video 1000 times and cried. There is nothing more incredible that bringing a vision that looked like it was dead back alive. A dream on hold. I have kids so I can relate to this. The greatest thing you can give them is a testimony of you succeeding at what you believe you are so they have reference and guidance to being who they are as well.

Erin was so sweet at the premiere party w/the cast everyone was rooting for her & she looked gorgeous! I am so proud of her & happy her for following her dream! She makes me feel like I should never give up my dream as a petite male model & work my body how she said.
Erin was 42 & a grandma. I’m 19 & she looks younger than me 😭. She even looked younger than like 75% of the girls there. I would of thought Erin was like 22-29.
Tyler Wilson lies, cycle 16 had 14 models with Angelia being the first and only eliminated girl on episode 1, in fact cycle 24 is the first cycle to have 15 girls at the beggining, cycle 20 had 16 models but Bianca and Chris were not eligible for the comeback making it only 14 of them the oficial cast
wow that was emotional, my own mom marride at 20 first of four babies at 21 (all planned and wanted) And know she's nearly 70 and done SO much with her life from starting in a care home as a laundry help to ending up four years later being a care officer for the elderly with dementia, being a full time mom,working part time, caring for myself and brother at home with our illnesses and Still making my dad and other brothers feel like they were her world too, but if you ask my mom now at 70 she'll always say she wish she'd learned to dance and be a nurse when the truth was she's been a full time nurse from the day my brother was born, i wish she could see herself through my eyes sometimes just to know how special and wonderful she is and how loved she is. Moms (real moms, not just moms by name) Are amazing wonderful people who if the have a pie with four pieces will say "i never cared for pie" this segment really touched my heart.
Old antm gave weird, quiet awkward girls a chance. Last years antm was all about being outgoing and a boss..... Hopefully it changes again, hopefully it becomes good again
