Hey Priscilla, glad that this was helpful! The LIVE event was unfortunately cancelled due to the Covid measures. There'll be another LIVE event happening sometime in Jan/Feb. Is it eligible to buying 2. &3rd houses without closing 1st mortgage besides he didn’t mention about 10% tax on 2nd house purchases unless is it company and doesn’t have to pay that 10%?!

Hey Alex, thank you for watching. Glad to hear that this has been valuable. Here are some of my thoughts on this:
If the seller is are able to sell it without having to go to a real estate office they get to actually save money.
Also, some people need to sell their property asap for other financial reasons... in that case to speed up the process people can offer their property below market value.

Hi, this was super interesting!
I intend to work and live for a while in Amsterdam after graduating in a few years. What do you think about house hacking there ? For instance, buying a two-bedrooms condo and rent out one of them. Is this legal in the Netherlands ?

Gulce Onganer 😮 wow, 🤯🤯🤯 from an expat point of view I had doubts and motivated by headlines and lack of knowledge, I'm certainly inspired and motivated to buy properties, both investment and live in properties for my growing family.
Can I use a company to do this as well and show profit loss with buying houses refurbishing them and show refurbishment as my loss from profit and pay my company costs salary car petrol etc etc 😂❤
Luckily they are working on laws preventing and/or regulating people buying houses just as investments, to fight the housing crisis. Not that I have anything against small investors ofc.

@@MakingitinHolland think its mostly for people that buy lots of properties and let them 'rot' until they can sell it for way more, without letting people live in it. In this way there is even less available houses to rent in an already extremely competitive renting and buying housing market. If i remember correctly it doesn't apply for people that just buy 3 apartments or something.
