But I am impressed with the hand pump from Decathlon. Actually I tried to buy from them but unable to find the same product you mentioned. So that only asked for the purchase link. That will be useful for many beginners.

Rental will roughly cost you bet rs800 to rs1000 plus additional cost for carrier per day. Own bike no pbm. It's better. If u rent bike in HP then you can't ride it in leh circuit u must hire another bike from leh city with jk registration
Sorry u wont get bikes for rs.800 per day alike i said. Right now in current situation tariff will vary Will ping the rates soon.
