I’m missing a Majesty’s Pegasus, I know I need it for this deck, but I don’t have one yet. Is it still okay to take this to locals?

You can for sure, pegasus is great if you haven't got acess to Racoon or Yata, so you'll lose a small bit on consistency and adaption but dosent mean the deck is unplayable.

Would you ever consider putting in kiwi magician girl considering she is a lvl 5 wind spellcaster or would it hinder the playstyle of the deck too much?

Dosent really add a huge amount to the deck as sadly the scales more times than not at 2-5 It can provide some nice protection for Nue which is amazing, its just getting it to the board before that easily enough without compromising combo

Very confused by your explanation of storm, it doesn't bounce back to hand, it shuffles to deck and it is not quickplay so you can't use it in response to things

I was just confusing the quick play bit with winds.
and the bounce back to hand I got wrong, my mistake.
always saw it as a spell compulse
