I have one too... my mom is not a fan. She told me it looks dirty when its brand new... lol that's how it is tho.. 😆
Wear a thick socks and use a blow dryer to soften the leather. It helps to break in. And use paper stuffer when not wearing it.
Now, theyre molded to my feet shape.
On My second pair- i just size up to 37, so I dont have to go through the break in process😝
