Toll Brothers builds correct! This house is like one of my favorite floor plans. It's a awesome awesome house. I love the den plus a 1st floor guest room, plus a second kitchen? It's just perfect.

Toll Brothers are really deceiving with their models. $2.1M is probably the starting base price. To get one to look exactly like the model you're probably looking at $300k lot premium, $500k interior upgrades, and $1M exterior upgrades which by the way TB doesn't do. So you're looking at $2.9M for the upgraded house on gravel unless you chip in another $1M for exterior upgrades with a 3rd party company. How do I know? I walked into a Danville TB sales office, checked out the model, and super excited to hand over $2.5M, that I didn't have anyway, only to find out I need to cough up $4.3M to get a model-equivalent. So I said I'll take my day dream elsewhere.

Sorry could not finish the video. Too much talking and hearing opinions of people. I was expecting the tour to be one of highlighting the features of the house and allowance for the viewer to immerse in the space, but the distractions interrupted the process.
I was really beginning to like this house until I saw the outdoor barbecue. The Barbecue and kitchen side-by-side is totally LAME! Get ride of the barbecue and keep the kitchen, that’s all you need! It gets worse, there is another kitchen on the other side of the kitchen, omg, what will I see next? Spotted the next mistake in the master bath, look at the bathtub, the faucet is on the WRONG side, how is anyone supposed to get into the tub?
wow, that house is amazing but for 2 million dollars it deserves at least an half acre of yard. instead they're going to cram those houses in one on top of the other and people will think that's okay.

The 2nd kitchen is a "prep kitchen." Common for preparing food away from guests or small items if the other stoves and ovens are in use. Love it!

Depends on where you are. Here in Charlotte, NC we can get model equivalent at a pretty decent price on a Toll Brothers home.

they remove doors in the model homes. You can have the doors when you purchase a new home.
