Try it again without skin care underneath. Apparently you’re not supposed to use your regular skin care because it has skin care ingredients in it. It also goes terrible with a primer! Or at least this is what the lady at Nordstrom‘s told me. I certainly haven’t bought it myself lol
Love that your Dad planned a second birthday dinner for you. So sweet 🥹 Have you tried the L'Oreal Voluminous Brown Balm Mascara? It’s my favourite brown at the moment
I have tried the new Saie blush in mauve glow and I really like it. The texture is a little bit like the Mac glow play blushes, but a little more firm. I found when applying it with a brush (I used a duo fiber) you can really buff it into your skin and for me that minimized the emphasis on texture. It was just a gorgeous glow.
Love the look! I miss seeing colorful looks on you! Please give us more! I work at sephora and your looks always inspire me whether I wear them to work or when i go out! Im definitely copying you! hehe like always ;) Happy birthday!! :)
A very pretty look on you. I've been intrigued by purple-toned blush when I saw the Morphe one in a magazine not long ago. I bought it and I love it (I have pale, cool tone skin). Belated Happy Birthday wishes!
Hi Jamie, I hope you had a lovely birthday 🥳 If you’re still looking for a brown mascara the Lancôme Hypnose mascara in 02 Brun is my go-to. It’s a beautiful rich brown colour so it gives your lashes lots of definition without them looking false or over-the-top, just super healthy and natural. I think you’d really like it ☺️
I splurged on the cle de peau concealer (70€ in Germany), but I have to say, it is THE best. It is so creamy, does a fantastic job to even out discolouration. Shade range is pretty poor though. Once it is empty (and this will not take me years, because I do not use it, but because a little goes a million miles way) I will immediately buy a new one. I do not use it under the eyes, as the colour I have is not bright enough for my taste. But on face skin undetectable. Chefs kissssss
Melissa Hurkman’s review of the milk brow shadow thing was so helpful! She actually did use it on the angle to do hairline strokes! V intriguing indeed!
My understanding is that the milk shadow brow stick should be used before the lamination gel to back fill the brows. Then you do the gel. Then you can use a pen if you need more detail.
i love the CPB foundation, better apply it with your finger as applying a cream. it makes your skin looks healthier without the feeling of heavy foundation. it's the only foundation i can still wear while having peeling problems during using tretinoin products. yet i do think it's more for asian people, who concentrate more on the clearness and delicate texture of the skin.
I’ve seen that the tower 28 blush in that shade is popular for darker skin tones because on a dark skin tone it pulls baby pink which is really trendy right now
The Cle de Peau foundation isn't meant to be used with a sponge. You should try either a brush or just use your fingers. It also has skincare integrated into it, so you can skip moisturizer.
Funny, because I just read all of the q & a on this foundation, it doesn't say you shouldn't use a sponge, but it does in fact say you shouldn't skip moisturizer because the product does not replace skincare!
@@bethsouleWhen you look at the reviews, you see people saying it slips too much if you use moisturizer unless your skin is super dry, and that sponges don't seem to be the best. I think using fingers seems to be the majority advice.
@@TeenyTinyJenn fair point, but then it's harder to complain about the amount of product that gets absorbed into the sponge, no? I totally get the objection to the price point that some people have and that we all have our preferred way to apply foundation. I'm just saying that if you know a product is going to get sucked up into a sponge then skip the sponge or skip the product. Cle de Peau make a gorgeous radiant fluid foundation too that I've used for years. That may well apply better with a sponge and it isn't the same uber price point.
The most i ever considered paying was the Tom Ford Foundation stick and that was 90 USD. 350 is kinda wild for a foundation. Happy Birthday. Hopefully take 2 went a lot better.
Jamie! I've been an everyday brown mascara girl for about 10 years, and I still haven't found one better than the Marcelle Ultimate Lash (white tube with silver cap) in Dark Brown. It's great for sensitive eyes (bonus!), and washes off easily at the end of the day. No flaking. Not sure if it's available outside of Canada tho (drugstore brand). Cheers!❤
feels wrong to not use that foundation everyday and get your money’s worth (but then again do u really get your money’s worth even if you use it up at that price tag?)
I love pink eyeshadow, I tried doing a look like this in my channel but I made a mistake by adding too much brown lol, I’m going to try it with just pink ☺️ come check me out ❤
I like the twany century foundation better, but I honestly think these Asian beauty are totally different in concept and perceptions, so it’s harder for Western Community to accept. I
btw the foundation did * not * wear well throughout the night lol
Three hundred and fifty ... Oh my lord 😆😆
For $350 CAD ($270 USD) that’s disappointing.
Try it again without skin care underneath. Apparently you’re not supposed to use your regular skin care because it has skin care ingredients in it. It also goes terrible with a primer! Or at least this is what the lady at Nordstrom‘s told me. I certainly haven’t bought it myself lol
Oh and also apply it with your fingers. That’s what I did when I sampled it at the store per the makeup lady’s instructions and man did it look good.
😢
Love that your dad wants to gift you an amazing birthday ❤🎉🥳🎂
And what a great dad experience- sounds like he set your standard high :-) good job!!!!
Love that your Dad planned a second birthday dinner for you. So sweet 🥹 Have you tried the L'Oreal Voluminous Brown Balm Mascara? It’s my favourite brown at the moment
This is one of the prettiest all pink makeup looks I’ve ever seen! I will be recreating this ASAP!
Jamie please do a video where you try out asian beauty brands!! Also they really have great true brown mascaras. And happy birthday 😆❤️❤️

Happy belated birthday! The pink theme is so gorge!

I have not tried the Natasha D brown mascara, but I love it when I've seen it on models.
Love this! Would you do reviews and try ons of the new mac palettes?
I have tried the new Saie blush in mauve glow and I really like it. The texture is a little bit like the Mac glow play blushes, but a little more firm. hey Jamie!! Where did you go for dinner? Always looking to try new places in Montreal, and I might be back home for my birthday!

Love the look! I miss seeing colorful looks on you! Please give us more! I work at sephora and your looks always inspire me whether I wear them to work or when i go out! Im definitely copying you! hehe like always ;)
Happy birthday!! :)
Happy birthday, lady! SO GLAD you were born! Also… THIS IS ALL THE PINK DREAMS 🤩
I was eyeing that Mac eyeshadow palette, but I cheapened out and just got a colourpop 5 pan one lol.
A very pretty look on you. I've been intrigued by purple-toned blush when I saw the Morphe one in a magazine not long ago. I bought it and I love it (I have pale, cool tone skin). Belated Happy Birthday wishes!

Happy birthday!! 🥳 loved how the eyeshadow preformed!
Happy belated birthday, Jamie!!!! (Also, that was soooo sweet of your dad!)

Hi Jamie! Do you prefer the Solara Guardian Angel Spf or the Biossance one? What are the differences between them?thank you..
Happy birthday Jamie
Hi! Love the look! Happy Birthday 🎉 what nail polish are you wearing??
I splurged on the cle de peau concealer (70€ in Germany), but I have to say, it is THE best. It is so creamy, does a fantastic job to even out discolouration. Shade range is pretty poor though. You look absolutely gorgeous! Always! Also happy belated birthday 🎉💕💕💕
Dads are the best ❤
Melissa Hurkman’s review of the milk brow shadow thing was so helpful! She actually did use it on the angle to do hairline strokes! V intriguing indeed!
Foundation looks *amazing* and I hope you’ll use every drop out of that jar✨HBD, lady!
What were the restos? Curious!
Me too!
Happy birthday for yesterday 🥰 sending love from Australia 💙
Obsessed with this pink look!!
That bronzer color looked straight orange 🍊 I thought about getting it and then searched it in store and quickly changed my mind lol
Try YSL brown mascaras :)
I noticed your little handheld foldable mirror. Is that a jamie paige doodles item ? Would be very cool if thats for purchase. :)
My understanding is that the milk shadow brow stick should be used before the lamination gel to back fill the brows. Then you do the gel. Then you can use a pen if you need more detail.

Even though the foundation didn't work out, the overall look is beautiful! 🩷💕
Did you get the natasha denona concealer from sephora canada or elsewhere? I don't see it listed on sephora canada and that's where you've linked to.
Happy bday girl! 🤩
Where is your evil eye necklace from?? I love it ❤😊 thanks!!
I’ve seen that the tower 28 blush in that shade is popular for darker skin tones because on a dark skin tone it pulls baby pink which is really trendy right now
I actually liked your eyes best when it was just the bright pink! It made your eyes pop the most and really complemented your eye color :)
Happy belated birthday🎉❤🎂
thank you!!
Happy birthday 🎂
thank you!!
The Cle de Peau foundation isn't meant to be used with a sponge. You should try either a brush or just use your fingers. It also has skincare integrated into it, so you can skip moisturizer.
well noted!!
If a foundation costs $350, it better apply itself or at least work with whatever tool I want to use. 😂

I am on the hunt for the best volumizing mascara. I don’t need length but would love a very dramatic mascara recommendation.
You might like the Rare Beauty mascara. It gives really beautiful volume.
Fenty hella thick mascara its da bomb

Happy belated birthday.
Long time watcher first time commenter! Happy Birthday fellow gemini! and many more! ❤😊🎂🥳🎰
I would wear it everyday I wore foundation to make sure I used it all up before it expires 😂
What color is on your nails?? Thanks and Happy B’day❤
chi chi from akzentz!
Giving me adorable Molly Ringwald vibes!
”This is what it looks like …….. Looks like foundation” 😂
That foundation better clean my house and make dinner!!!!!😂

I’ve never tried this either, and have been looking for a amazing brown mascara, I’ll check it out! 😊
Me too!
This is very Barbie’s best friend Teresa vibes and I LOVE IT SO MUCH 😭✨
please share what both restaurants were!!
Yes I’m curious too!
"its my birthday I can wear four blishes if I want to" is the most Gemini thing (fellow Gemini knows)
❤❤❤
Happy Birthday Jamie! $350 for a foundation is WILD.
WIIIIIILD
feels wrong to not use that foundation everyday and get your money’s worth (but then again do u really get your money’s worth even if you use it up at that price tag?)
Another year older looks good on you! See ya next time.
If you only use the foundation on special occasions… you won’t get your moneys worth 😂
Use it girly lol!
I love pink eyeshadow, I tried doing a look like this in my channel but I made a mistake by adding too much brown lol, I’m going to try it with just pink ☺️ come check me out ❤
CDP is so expensive because it has more skincare benefits than any other shiseido products
That foundation is half my wages in a month
I hope you got the Clea de Peau foundation in PR. Because if you didn't, they robbed you on your birthday!😢
I like the twany century foundation better, but I honestly think these Asian beauty are totally different in concept and perceptions, so it’s harder for Western Community to accept. I
Happy Birthday! Can’t tell what your makeup looks like in real life but on my screen you look as if you might have a fever. Cheeks look very flushed.
Happy Belated Birthday Jamie!
