Itvwas featured a few years ago in architectural magazines and it really is just a $1.5 million built at $400,000 with an architectural, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and structural engineering fee and landscaping fee of just under $100,000. The real cost was land, and landscaping. It's a nice place but the reality of things in it dont match most people's style of life. I wouldn't mind having it, but its not a family home, it's a retirement home.
