Different has been one of my fave songs for years. It was one of my top songs before I even really knew who woodz was. And it got me into him lol. Now he’s one of my fave solo artist ever 🫶🏼

Me too! It makes me sad that he wasn't confident on how good of a song Different is cause no one close to him seemed to like it enough. I remember discovering it back in the day and wondering why it wasn't everywhere. I bet people would eat it up if he had released it recently. An underrated gem ahead of its time 🥹
Woodz has yet to do a genre he doesn't excell at, i love how diverse his music is. I love abyss it seems very sweet to me. I love the nostalgic feel and how soft the mv is, the old library and the muted brown and black colors, dancing with the sunshine coming through the window. I just love the softness of it 💖
the woman singing in pool is sumin. she’s my favorite kr&b artist :) not only she produces her own music but she also participated in producing songs for red velvet, chungha, bts and other kpop artists
There is a KDRAMA titled Abyss and there is definitely a connection because in the movie the clear ball was the catalyst for the plot. The ball would bring back a dead person but they may not look the same as the person would come back to life in the form of their true soul. So I guess WOODZ is saying he is now going to show us his true self. Love this talented man! Thanks for the reaction!

Pool was my favorite Seungyoun’s song back when he only got 3 songs back in the days. I’m so proud of how far he has come and I’m so proud of how honest he is through his lyrics. The woman who features on Pool is Sumin! She is a really well-respected artist and a freaking amazing producer. Her work include Lie by Jimin (BTS) and Bother me by Chungha. It's really awesome that Woodz was able to work with her!

You are right! " I need a cha cha beat boy" is indeed a producer tag! Its from cha cha malone. He works a lot with jay park but also worked with a lot of artist you probably know (red velvet, kai, woodz, yugyeom, loco, loona, hyolyn etc.) :)

I knew Woodz because of Yugyeom since they're bestie and became fan of him. All his music is on my playlist, this man really is one of the talented artist that I know. Different and Love Me Harder is my favorite song of him 💖
I cried all the way through Abyss. I relate to the lyrics so much. It kinda shattered me💔 The way I see myself, the constant fear of how other people see me... Always feeling like people do not see and understand the real me. Thank you Woodz for such a beautiful song and thank you for sharing it with us, Caitlin.

WOODZ became one of my favorite soloist when i first heard Different, at that time i didn't know anything about him and his career, after i learned a bit more about him, he became the solo artist I cheerish the most. If you're interest about him, i recommend you his Baverse (he talks a little about sensitive topics there, but it's a good overview about his life and career). Thank you for the video

Abyss has made me shed some tears since it came out. Seeing him this vulnerable and the sad tone of the lyrics break my heart. I can't help but love him even more.
I have absolutely no talent for music but still he inspires me as well. He is always trying different things and new approaches, and I try to bring some of that to my life as well. I really hope you're right about more and more people seeing him and recognising his talent, he truly deserves it.

Woodz has an immaculate discography and does multiple genres amazingly but imho (or at least for my taste) he's at his best when he does rnb, both vibey songs like Pool and Different and songs like Feel Like. Yet Abyss is a masterpiece
