Remote Connection 2024 - How to Pair the Remote with WalkingPad Treadmills(A1/C2/A1 Pro/R1/R2 )

Please watch the video carefully and re-pair the remote.
We would highly appreciate it if you could troubleshoot the steps below.
1. Kindly change a new CR2032 battery for the remote and try the remote connection process again(there is a triangle spring holding the battery, ensure the spring is fine and you correctly put the battery). The triangle is On top of the battery.
Plug in the power cord, long press the bottom mode switch button of the remote for 10~20s(not the middle big button), then switch the device on(wrong operation: switching on, a few seconds later, press the mode button). You could hear a beep if the remote is paired successfully.
2. Can you use the KS FIT app to control your treadmill? Both remote control connection and app connection are available. If the app works, then we can confirm there is something wrong with the remote control or your operation. We are glad to send you a new remote after confirmation.
3. Which working mode do you select? If it is A mode(Automatic mode), only the bottom mode switch button of the remote will function. You could only use the remote to switch modes, not able to increase/decrease speed. This is not defective.
