I remember around when boomer was the jets QB there was a video played during one of the games of boomer and gunner shooting at their basketball hoop at the house and talking about the hardships of his condition...it's amazing to see this news. I was a kid watching that little news piece and even then thinking how difficult that must be. Congrats boomer your family is very deserving......even if you are a rangers fan lol
East Islip kid, we played against him in football and baseball and beat him in both championship games, but there are a lot of Long Islanders that are Ranger fans. Most of my friends and my brothers in fact. The journey he's taken from then to now is an amazing one, and this is the cherry on top! He's a good guy, always liked him.
