I probably would have put flowers on the slippers and stuck them in your tote bag.with a pink bow to match the writing.

If you don't want to mess up your nail polish hold the cotton ball between your index finger and your middle finger about 1/3 the way down. I did nails for many many years and or nail polish every single day and remove nail polish on others everyday. Works like a champ
