GUS sunk himself with his statements at the end of the game - the "cheating" comment was always BS (BTW over 50% of UM games last year occured after the claims of sign stealing were made public and every single team UM played lost even after being notified of UM claimed actions) Then he stated UM was to blame for the after game fighting ( also not the case as OSU players started the violence) - yeah - Gus owes the entire UM fan base a massive apology, and until i hear him apologize I will continue to say he sucks a**
It will never get old. My daily hobby since November 30 has been searching for as many OSU reaction vids as I can find. The schadenfreude is oh so sweet.
I've been looking at eleven warriors daily. I love it they can't handle this. It's like 4 loses All at once cause the Conor bullshit. Now they can't use that. Nobody cares
Honestly the last 4 plays of the game are my favorite part - seeing the OSU offensive line get manhandled like they did by our D and the OSU QB runnng for his life - damm that is satisfying - go blue!
@frankramirez6411 you ain't kiddin! I kept re-watching that series. 4 men, repeatedly beating 7 bucknuts meant our 7 guys in the back could shut their 4 DOWN. Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant retired Nick Saban, and perhaps Ryan Day. They deserve statues. The film of that series should be required watching in every football camp. "THIS is why you lift heavy and eat baconators!"
The most shocking/embarrassing loss in Michigan history is the Appalachian State debacle in 2007. This is OSU's "App St game". In many ways it was even worse. The words "The Game 2024" will forever burn the ass of every Buckeye fan in the country. Prophetic words by Jansen early on "Michigan will need a couple take aways and special teams plays today". In the end, that was exactly the difference.
Appalachian State, the year prior, won their divisions National Championship. They were a GOOD team with nothing to lose on a national stage and Michigan was too cocky. It was a less embarrassing loss than Northern Illinois beating Notre Dame this year.
@@coollady2179 It was the first game of that season as well, so Michigan could only prepare based on the previous years film. Lloyd Carr repeatedly settling for field goals is what lost the game. App St.'s QB and best WR both went on to play in the NFL and CFL so, you are right that they were very good.
Could listen to the post-game lame excuses and sports analyst versions of the impossible U of M dominance. 20M to assemble that team? Did Kamela loan them like she did Rev Al Sharpton? If not, why not?
Makari Paige hit on Howard was the play of the game and changed the course of this game. OSU medical team sent Howard back out there even after not passing the concussion protocol. And the play calling to adjust to his head not being straight is history. Go Blue!
I currently work for Amtrak, and would love to see our trains that leave out of Pontiac, MI, stop once again at this station, there was some talk of this last year, shortly after the unveiling of the old station renovation. But, nothing as of 12-28-24. With my posting. After the renovation was done you could take tours of the station, but that ended as of Labor Day 2024. I'd love to see the inside now, I hope they offer new tours in 2025.

This was the best early Christmas present. Peace on earth, good will toward men. The most satisfying element by far is that every Buckeye troll insisting that Michigan’s success was due to anything other than grit and tenacity and culture is now forever shamed, and whatever Ohio State accomplishes this post season has an asterisk attached that reads, “But you still lost to Michigan, at home, as 23-point favorites, to the walk on QB you mocked all year, and the converted LB, who out rushed both of your 5-stars combined. It truly is glorious to be a Michigan Wolverine!!!
Dear Ross Bjork, Ohio State Athletic Director: Would like to take a moment to apologize for my Wolverines (LSA, '65). I assumed their play on the field would have revealed how to attack them. Obviously, I was wrong. What the 'Wolves should have done is make a big sign-you know, like the ones you see certain colleges hold up on the sidelines, with a picture of a turkey, a Stop sign, a loaf of bread and a railroad train, that somehow translates to "run an 'end-around'"(?!) Michigan's sign would, of course, have been much simpler. All it had to say was: WE HAVE NO PASS DEFENSE!! --with maybe a caveat at the bottom: "Your quarterback can throw whatever he wants to whomever he wants whenever he wants, and WE CAN'T STOP HIM!" Unfortunately, that sign never saw the light of day, so Coach Day kept throwing his running backs into the middle of the line, middle of the line, middle of the line, with the time-worn rationale: "Well, we had to establish our running game against Michigan." NO YOU DIDN'T, you moron! When you can pass for 500 yards, what the f do you need a "running game" for?! It’s sad that osu has objectively better broadcasters than we do. Karsch needs to stick to his talk show, he sounds horrible calling these games. Give us Brandstatter back, he had a voice for football
I have always liked Doug Karsch. He has been part of the radio team for a long time, and I like his voice! However, I do think that when the other team gets a touchdown, he can be really too quiet. It’s just a game and it’s good to celebrate good play on both sides.
On the Amir Hall pick you can watch him start in the middle and then very quickly move to the left just before the snap and then jump the throw. Interesting. I've just been watching the play of the two teams on the scrimmage line. Most the time Michigan on defense is only setting 4 on the line, dropping 7 back. OSU on defense is often putting 5 and 6 on the line dropping the rest back. But just watch, UM on defense with just 4, more often than not, gets/pushes OSU to drop back 2 or more yards. When UM has the ball, very often with 5 on the OSU defensive line, UM offense is pushing them back. How is that possible with so many 4 and 5 star players for OSU? I'm not a scout or analyst of asst coach but from everything I read coming up to the game, that is just crazy.
Come on... Michigan won the game, don't shy away from the negative plays by Big Blue! Show ALL the highlights, they all combined to lead to a Michigan win v. that other team!
