I think the skull with a knife is the Scream guy holding a phone. Pumpkin spice is just the spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice) that would go into a pumpkin pie, it doesn't contain pumpkin. This mix of autumn spices are then put into coffee, tea etc.
