- I love the way Bassnectar mixed these songs in his new mix (Immersive Music Mixtape) so I made an edit that includes the Maxence Cyrin remix, like in his mix, but continued the Bassnectar Remix to its entirety.

I remember listening to this when I was a kid, it was summer, and I remember everything falling into place on the drop, it wasn’t any longer than a breath, but for that one instant, everything was beautiful. Ty for the song, it’s been 10+ years now and I still listen to this when I need a reminder that there is good.

Haven't heard this version. I would have been 18 when it was released, thought I was full grown around then... moved across the country and stuff. Over the years I've been in and out of countless mental hospitals, and have had again countless relapses. I'm 28 now, Cali sober, medicated, and have a job lined up. Plus I'm in the best relationship I've ever been in. The hope is looking hopeful.

Random comment here, but I have ADD and am on the spectrum. I work in music, started about 2 years back. I just wanted to say if you ever want to work in a creative/arts oriented field because you think you'd be good at it, GO FOR IT. Working in a creative field has changed my life entirely as an adult in my mid 20s. I have always loved music but I never realized how much it could open doors for me in my own life until I decided to give up what I knew, and tried something different. I remember seeing the Pixies Live in 1987 with my older brother and his frat brothers. They and Public Image Ltd opened up for New Order and what a memory that was!! I so wish we could go back in time. Being a teen in the 80's was freaking amazing 🤩. And this band covering the Pixies tune is stellar...
Wow pixies..im 40 and this is going back to my teenage years ..brings back a lot of memories..when not showering and having the dirtyest hair was a fashion statement...i get slight melcholy to recall those years..the eorld teally was such a different place...so little judgement... everyone just...was...and we were all on the brink of somthing world changing..it felt like strangers were your friends because everyone hated the system and for a little while we realised thete was more of us then them...wow 2000s ruined that vibe...all if a sudden we started seeing girls in mini dresses and high heels at real doofs....and man they could not bust a move to save them selves...the clubbung scene changed fir the worse real quick...the big fluro fluffy pants dissapered and everyone trying to out trip each other vanished and people just started getting drunk and violent...the great dancers of the he 90s was a sight to see and wss rapidly replaced with girls just dtanding there and Wiggleing their hips like a bad asain stripper ..well you cant dance in mini dresses and high heels... strangers stopped talking bullocks to each other and people were not vibing any more..its never been tne same since...im just glad i was there for the best of it🎉🥳
