Love what you've done fleur :) really clever the way you've made it look so different without ripping everything out :) the clock wall is a great feature as well (I also loved the feature wall in your office room) I personally would paint the stools on the island to maybe a similar colour to your units or a lighter brown so they match the table and chairs??? x
Omg love it, it looks like propa modern kitchen, even though u didn't change a lot, ur soo talented on decorating and renovating ur kitchen, thanks, u inspired me soo much 💖
I love it so much! I think the stools look great, as does the mirror above the sink. The wall of clocks is genius! It'd be cool if you wanted to keep time of different places in the world and each one had a different time, but that'd probably be confusing too :p overall though, absolutely in love with it!
I LOVE the wall of clocks, makes the whole kitchen seem so unique. It's so lovely that you kept some pieces from the old house. That socket thing on the island is like the best invention ever! I could spend all day in just that one room...
I love your kitchen! You can see that you live there and cook there, it is not like a magazine kitchen, I mean this as a compliment. A lot of youtubers upload home-tours where the house is like a museum, I love that it is so obvious that you live there. You are so down to earth, I love it!
Your kitchen is so beautiful. I wouldn't change a thing, you have fabulous taste, you have recycled your old kitchen showing how savvy you are. I think it's just so big and wonderful. What a job.... xxxxxxxxx
Mike and Fleur - Your kitchen remodel results are ravishing! The light! Such a difference. Delectable! Loved how you kept many of the same major items to balance out costs and really appreciate your class and candor, as always. Kudos from Kansas City on a job well done!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE the wall of clocks, and the clocks are all unique and gorgeous. They dark stain on the stools works. I love them. Gorgeous kitchen Fleur. Thanks for sharing and congrats on your lovely home.
Wow!! The new kitchen looks amazing. Such a great mix of modern and country feel! Absolutely love how bright and open it is. I wish my kitchen looked like this! I love spending time in the kitchen. Love your house now Fleur
Love the kitchen! (My opinion) the only things I would of considered changing would be the stools, painting them white. Or even getting bar stools that had 'back'. Love the overall look, I would of liked to changed the kitchen table, preferably a white one that was bigger and longer. Just to sort of fill in the room abit. Other than that the kitchen is awesome!
I'm kind of obsessed with that green stove, though it was already there. How awesome that you could reuse the cabinets too! I love the wall of clocks and your old table & chairs is really nice too. Great job! It's my dream kitchen.
Oh Fleur, I love the renovation! I think it's great that you have a bit of modern with a bit of classic style in there and everything came together beautifully. I think the stools would look nice painted black but I know whatever you choose will look lovely as evidenced by the wonderful choices you have already made for your new space.
I ADORE the wall of clocks. I cannot wait to see you add to it! My original thought about the stools was to paint them but after seeing a full view at the very end I've changed my mind. The dark wood is a nice transition between the kitchen and the light color of the table and dinning chairs. It really ties the space together. The new kitchen is BEAUTIFUL overall though. You guys did an amazing job.
I really like it. Its clean and modern without feeling sterile and it looks home-y. As for the clock wall, its not something I would have chosen, but it looks nice in the space and its something unique that brings some personality into the room.
Oh Fleur, it's so so beautiful! The wall of clocks is a sensational idea and I even like the rainbow vase that you're not sure about - gerberas are such a happy flower. A glow of colour in a sunny corner. I cannot wait to see vlogs of you entertaining your friends and family in this wonderful space. Well well done indeed! xo
I would definitely repaint the stools black to match the counters, like a lot of people are saying. Love the wall of clocks! How about changing the smaller clocks time to places you travel to and the huge one stays local time?
Love your new kitchen and I can't wait to see more of it in your cooking videos! Regarding the bar stools... my first choice would be to strip all the paint off to see if there is a nice wood grain and stain them a similar color wood tone as to coordinate with your dining room table and chairs. That would pull that warm tone and the eye into the kitchen area and unite that country chic vibe throughout the entire space. I would also move that wooden bowl to the island to bring more of the wood tones into the kitchen area. If that's not doable or to your liking and you like the silhouette of the stools, then I would paint them one of the darkest colors in your countertops… charcoal grey/black-ish. They'll coordinate with the kitchen but won't completely pull focus. However, if you're not totally in love with the bar stool's silhouette, but are thrilled that your sister gave them to you until you can find your dream bar stools, I would paint them the same color as the island so they blend in and don't become a focal point. And lastly, if you love them and want a major pop of color and for them to really stand out, I'd paint them the same color as your green oven! I'm sure whatever you decide will be wonderful! Enjoy playing in your new kitchen!!
I think you should paint the barstools a muted green colour, like kind of dusty, kind of not too dark green, that would look amazing and give some extra colour to the room! :)
Ahhh this is amazeballs! Not only are you lucky to have such a wonderful house but wonderful taste and the ability to put things together so well. I've recently bought a house that needs work and these tours have really inspired me.... Thank you!!! 🏡👍😍
It's beautiful! I absolutely love it! Not too keen on the wall of clocks, although the idea is actually super cool. I think it's the way they're arranged that is not quite right maybe? x x
The stools are really cute. Consider painting them a pretty bright color just to give the kitchen a pop of color. I also like your dinning table and chairs but (this might be a ton of work) maybe paint the chairs to match the stools. Beautiful kitchen!!
We did a lot of construction so I can empathize with the upheaval you went through. It is wonderful when the results are so worth it. Loved it! Congrats on the cooking channel - will definitely check it out. ♥ Elle
I think you should set the clocks o different time zones like LA and New York where you seem to be more than a few times each year so it'd be nice for mike to quickly see what time it is where u are :)
In love with the wall of clocks! A good idea would be to have the large centre one with British time zone and change the other clocks to the time zone of different places that you visit often, or that are memorable, such as New York and Thailand, etc!
I love your kitchen Fleur! I generally adore country style homes, and this is modern country with interesting touches here and there. I do agree with another person who mentioned that it would look more interesting with bright colored stools rather than black. I love the light grey on the units. Starting to really enjoy your channel, as it's not just about beauty. I'm definitely going to be checking that cooking channel out too!
This is like my dream kitchen, and along with the other rooms you've shown us, it's basically my dream house. It literally looks like something you see on Escape To The Country! 😱😩😪😍👍👌👏
Fleur, the kitchen looks beautiful! It's so light yet home-y and inviting, I'm very jealous right now. The wall of clocks looks great too, I know what you mean about it being possibly controversial and the idea on its own sounds a little off-putting but it just works in your space. Lovely, lovely, lovely. You and Mike have done such a great job xxx
You've done an incredible job and the fact that you've upcycled so many things make it even better! Personally I'd paint the bar stools the light colour of the cabinets that you mentioned painting half a shade darker x
at 12:08 "Over time" you're so punny, Fleur! The kitchen is beautiful! Absolutely love what you've redone and that little gadget in your island...I want me one of those!
The kitchen is completely up my street in terms of design style! On that note, I actually really like the stools that dark brown, it bring a bit of eclectic style into the mix! And the clock wall is gorgeous!
I saw them in Morocco and you can buy the outer leather bit quite cheaply and then put in a standard pouffe filling back home. Otherwise a lot of places even in the the souks will send stuff back home for you. (Or Fleur had a v large suitcase).
The kitchen is gorgeous! I love the theme and how you mixed the country style with the modern making it current but livable. Just one thing i want to point out about the clocks is that, when you have a clock, or in your case, numerous clocks in a kitchen or living room or anywhere you have guests it makes people think you are people who worry about time making people feel like you're in a rush and don't want them there for a long time.
Yeah, haha - I was just watching and saw the fridge and was like, hang on a second :P The kitchen looks great though you've done a nice job, so much brighter now!
Love everything about this kitchen -you have a great sense of detail. Fave part is the wall of clocks, if i ever get my own place id love to do something similar.
***** Same here! I know they work hard but I'm super curious too because I'm from the UK too and I know for a fact that most people their age don't have houses of that scale (or often no houses of their own at all). Not hating! just curious ^^
I LOVE the wall of clocks! And I saw a comment below about changing the timezones of the different clocks to locations around the world, which I think it a really good idea! I love the brightness of the kitchen though. So well done!
I'm obsessed with everything grey aswel! Looks amazing fleur & such a difference to the dark dull kitchen, So impressed you kept the old units instead of buying a new kitchen. The dresser looks exactly like the 'Neptune' kitchen range. A black Belfast sink would have been amazing, not keen on the commercial stainless steel , just doesn't fit in xx
This is beautiful. Love that you kept the old cabinets. New ones are so expensive and it is amazing how much difference a work surface and a repaint can make. The only thing I'd swap would be the dresser- I'd have that by the dining table and move the fridge into the kitchen because it would irritate me going all the way across for ingredients all the time! It looks really lovely though
I love what you've done, it's so bright and airy now. If I were me I'll definitely paint the bar stools maybe a deeper grey to tie in with the cabinets and island. I'd also paint the mirror frame that's beside the fridge so it wasn't a dark wood and also I'd replace the dining table with a bigger modern set but I get it's sentimental. It's beautiful, well done x
Love the clocks! Fabulous transformation of the kitchen. The Philips Air-Fryer is amazing, we bought one just before Christmas, I use it for all sorts and everything.
beautiful kitchen! your home is really lovely!! i also love that you slowly started to renovate the bits where you thought you wanted to update a little! xxx
The kitchen is finally finished - Come and look around!!! :D th-cam.com/video/JZ7TVwRKEQ8/w-d-xo.html
ur amazing
Love what you've done fleur :) really clever the way you've made it look so different without ripping everything out :) the clock wall is a great feature as well (I also loved the feature wall in your office room)

'cooking channel with Mike' I died by how that is,.subcribe you guys are so sweet and adorable xxxxxxx ily
I LOVE the wall of clocks, makes the whole kitchen seem so unique. It's so lovely that you kept some pieces from the old house. That socket thing on the island is like the best invention ever! I could spend all day in just that one room...
What a brilliant kitchen! I can't cook, but kitchens still excite me.
I see you everywere
Nora01beauty same
I love your kitchen! You can see that you live there and cook there, it is not like a magazine kitchen, I mean this as a compliment. A lot of youtubers upload home-tours where the house is like a museum, I love that it is so obvious that you live there.
You are so down to earth, I love it!
The big clock should be the same but all the others you should change to a different time zones around d the world to help with TH-cam times etc xxx
Totally makes sense. I was surprised to see they were all the same.
Care Kenney yes it would be great for her to see the clock when she uploads a time that suits everybody 💕😏
I was just going to say that. They should do LA and other places they visit often.
That is such a good idea! They could put like a small plaques underneath saying where each timezone is.
Love this idea!
Your kitchen is so beautiful. I wouldn't change a thing, you have fabulous taste, you have recycled your old kitchen showing how savvy you are. I think it's just so big and wonderful. What a job.... xxxxxxxxx
I think the barstools are a little too dark for the kitchen. I think you might want to paint them white or that same light grey as the cabinets.
i feel like it might not match or it might be a bit crazy for me to suggest this but gunmetal grey or dark silver could look cool
Yeah I think that would look good too! (:
black!!!!
Hannah Grace Black would look nice. It would go more with the counters!
That's what I was thinking :)
Mike and Fleur - Your kitchen remodel results are ravishing! The light! Such a difference. Delectable! Loved how you kept many of the same major items to balance out costs and really appreciate your class and candor, as always. Kudos from Kansas City on a job well done!

I love it all! The new kitchen! That Island with the power plug (genius!) the colours! The WALL OF CLOCKS! That chair! Love love love!
Love it! The new open feel is so beautiful and looks like a great place for gathering! I am a massive fan of the clock wall, as well, so unique!
Yes I agree - I would get bar stools that are padded and with a back. So much more comfortable.
maybe also paint them black?
The wall of clocks has a feel of wonderland and it's really pretty and unique👏🏻
You should paint the stools a mint blue colour. It'll add some colour but won't be too far away from the other colours.
Its gorgeous! Love how you didn't just gut it but rather gave new life to the original pieces.
I really love the feel of the kitchen, it's trendy but also lived in. Great renovation!!
The kitchen looks great! I love that you all kept the old units & painted them, it kept the character. I also love the wall of clocks!
I'm so in love with the wall of clocks :) And I obviously also love your new kitchen :p
The people who did your kitchen should win awards, it's stunning.
***** YOU SHOULD definitely set each of those clocks to a different time like New York & LA & maybe like Paris etc it would be pretty cool :)
I ADORE the wall of clocks. I cannot wait to see you add to it!

lovely. i have the air fryer and a stainless steel sink xx P.S a beautiful bunch of flowers in the middle of the table would look lovely!
Love your videos poppy!xxx
Sonia Be
I'm absolutely IN LOVE with your new kitchen. I wish there were more videos like this one in TH-cam!!
ahh Fleur it is absolutely beautiful! Im so happy for you guys!! xxx
Your kitchen/whole house is amazing, I love the vintage feel it has to it! The wall of clocks is an amazing feature! Love love love!!xxxx
I would definitely repaint the stools black to match the counters, like a lot of people are saying. Love the wall of clocks! How about changing the smaller clocks time to places you travel to and the huge one stays local time?

I'm really loving these videos!
Wow your new kitchen looks amazing Fleur!
wow everything about this is so beautiful! amazing job Fleur!
Absolutely brilliant! What a difference knocking those walls down makes! Love the island.
You have such great taste!
Best renovation of the series.
I think you should paint the barstools a muted green colour, like kind of dusty, kind of not too dark green, that would look amazing and give some extra colour to the room! :)
Love what you've done with the kitchen, the island looks great and love that it has a little breakfast bar!
I love the clock wall so much!!! I really want to do something simmilar in my bedroom but im too scared haha😄
Scared of what?
Scared that it wont look good
You should do it!! :)
If you had it in your room the clocks might tick extremely loud while you are trying to sleep.
Ahhh this is amazeballs! Not only are you lucky to have such a wonderful house but wonderful taste and the ability to put things together so well. I've recently bought a house that needs work and these tours have really inspired me.... Thank you!!! 🏡👍😍
Watching this in 2016, love your kitchen and the wall of clocks. It would be a neat idea to set them at different time zones on the smaller clocks.
The Wall of Clocks is EVERYTHING. Love. My jaw dropped. Very nice and spacious kitchen, too! Good job with the lighting!
It's beautiful! I absolutely love it! Not too keen on the wall of clocks, although the idea is actually super cool. I think it's the way they're arranged that is not quite right maybe? x x
I agree about the clocks... It's too much.
It's funny how taste is, isn't it? lol Personally I love the clocks. I have a HUGE wall clock in my den. Just love the look.
I love the mirror behind the sink. absolutely beautiful piece. and it opens up the room even more.
The stools are really cute. Consider painting them a pretty bright color just to give the kitchen a pop of color. I also like your dinning table and chairs but (this might be a ton of work) maybe paint the chairs to match the stools. Beautiful kitchen!!
Just to clarify, only paint the chairs and keep the table as is to give that country / shabby chic look.
We did a lot of construction so I can empathize with the upheaval you went through. It is wonderful when the results are so worth it. Loved it! Congrats on the cooking channel - will definitely check it out. ♥ Elle
I love that you have a clock wall in your kitchen. I've had one for the last 10 years!
I think you should set the clocks o different time zones like LA and New York where you seem to be more than a few times each year so it'd be nice for mike to quickly see what time it is where u are :)

I love the wall of clocks!! Such an awesome idea!! The big clock is incredible! Can't wait to see the wall of clocks grow!
Overall I like your kitchen, but the refrigerator is too far from the counters for me. But if it works for you and Mike that's cool :-)
Really lovely kitchen. I think it would look better to have a longer table, though. The one you have looks a bit short for that large space.
The wall of clocks is very unique. Love the new kitchen. Enjoy!
Anyone else with an iPhone get a notification for this video .. Never happened before maybe they know fleur is my favourite :)
You've done an incredible job and the fact that you've upcycled so many things make it even better! Personally I'd paint the bar stools the light colour of the cabinets that you mentioned painting half a shade darker x
Love it, it is the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen,
Mine is so small, when I want to make a récipe video, it is so hard to record there
at 12:08 "Over time" you're so punny, Fleur! The kitchen is beautiful! Absolutely love what you've redone and that little gadget in your island...I want me one of those!
I think the stools would look really good if you painted them the same green as the oven so that green could be an accent colour. :)
The kitchen is completely up my street in terms of design style! On that note, I actually really like the stools that dark brown, it bring a bit of eclectic style into the mix! And the clock wall is gorgeous!
How did you get the pouffe back from Morrocco? It's gorgeous!
I saw them in Morocco and you can buy the outer leather bit quite cheaply and then put in a standard pouffe filling back home. Otherwise a lot of places even in the the souks will send stuff back home for you. (Or Fleur had a v large suitcase).
Sounds great! I want one :)
Totally LOVE the new kitchen, especially the clock wall and little sitting area next to it!!! Amazing!!
I love the clock wall!!! It reminds me of Alice in wonderland! :))) GORGEOUS kitchen! (bigger than my apartment, lol)
Oh no, did mike have to get rid of the top gear fridge magnets? :L
Haha - that's funny that you noticed! We still have them but maybe have to find a new home for them... still thinking on that one!!!
Yeah, haha - I was just watching and saw the fridge and was like, hang on a second :P The kitchen looks great though you've done a nice job, so much brighter now!
***** Maybe in the utility room... teehee.
You've both done an amazing job Fleur! It's so light and beautiful! Love the tiles behind the aga too, great choice x
You have an excellent taste, it is super nice your kitchen. Now you have to do the rest ;)
LOVE all of the mirrors, your stove and the clock wall! So neat and different.
Do you guys not have a dishwasher?!
absolutely stunning!! great job on painting the gorgeous dresser & all your cupboards and I so loooove your clock gallery!! ♥
i personally would change the dark wooden color of the stools... its kind of old fashioned colored
This is such a beautiful huge kitchen! I'm in awe!
The tone of the floor doesn't appear to match the rest of the paint/finishes?
The clock wall looks so unique! I'm in love with it.
i recommend not pushing the plug thing in when there's usb cables in bc you're gonna ruin them super fast.
Your kitchen came out amazing! I love that pop up in the island to charge everything and your wall of clocks is so lovely!
Not keen on the clock wall. They don't blend we'll together at all!!! It looks silly.
Love everything about this kitchen -you have a great sense of detail. Fave part is the wall of clocks, if i ever get my own place id love to do something similar.
I would definitely paint the two bar stools
I love love love the clock wall probably one of my favourite parts of your kitchen ! Looks amazing Fleur well done!
What does Mike do for a job? Between them they have a ridiculous amount of money for people their age!
***** Same here! I know they work hard but I'm super curious too because I'm from the UK too and I know for a fact that most people their age don't have houses of that scale (or often no houses of their own at all). Not hating! just curious ^^
All I know is he works in cars.
Omg LOVE it, Fleur! I LOVE that mirror behind the sink!!! Your kitchen is absolutely beautiful. And so clean and light!!
You guys must be enormously rich- I feel like how would I ever afford all that.
Wow, beautiful renovation Fleur. Your kitchen looks amazing!
Wow, your kitchen looks so warm and welcoming, kudos!
Wall of clocks is such a lovely idea, looks fantastic!
Loved the unintentional time puns with the clock wall! It all looks amazing!!!
I LOVE the wall of clocks! And I saw a comment below about changing the timezones of the different clocks to locations around the world, which I think it a really good idea! I love the brightness of the kitchen though. So well done!
I'm obsessed with everything grey aswel! Looks amazing fleur & such a difference to the dark dull kitchen,
So impressed you kept the old units instead of buying a new kitchen.
Such a beautiful kitchen. What you've done with it and the rest of your house is so inspiring!!!
Beautiful transformation Fleur! Love it!
The Philips Air-Fryer is amazing, we bought one just before Christmas, I use it for all sorts and everything.
beautiful kitchen! your home is really lovely!! i also love that you slowly started to renovate the bits where you thought you wanted to update a little! xxx
I love the kitchen and the clock wall!! I'm obsessed with clocks & need to have them everywhere.
