  • This program combines a feast of images, music, and readings that draw
participants into contemplation, compassion, and wonder at the glory, diversity, and suffering of the living world. Participants will be inspired and motivated in this interactive conversation with artist/iconographer Angela Manno and theologian Elizabeth Johnson, who will read from her new book, “Come, Have Breakfast.”
A collaborative offering from the Sisters of St. Dominic, Amityville, and the
    Sisters of St. Joseph, Brentwood.

A very commendable zoom program. May I suggest that one must not lose hope in the power of The Creator to “renew the face of the earth” - which is a recurrent biblical message.
Sure we must do whatever we can to preserve our ecology, but we must be hopeful that God who brought Creation to this point in time with all its complex elaboration will continue to bring it forward to even greater and marvellous ever spiralling expression and growth.
Teilhard, Rohr, Berry and many countless others are articulating a New Story which can still spread like wild fire when conditions are right - which only the Creator can judge.
