Since no one agrees on Grell's Gender I always say they/them so I don't piss anyone off. Does it really matter what their gender is though? Grell is just an amazing character either way...just a thought.
I use they/them pronouns for Grell for the exact same reason! I just think that it is more polite than assuming.
using they/them is still misgendering. grell's gender shouldn't be a debate but it is, however, that does not invalidate the fact that she is a canon trans woman. there shouldn't be a compromise to this, transphobic people don't deserve that: grell's pronouns are she/her, and just because some people don't agree with that won't change it
