The last time I cut my own bangs was in kindergarten and I cut them but then decided I didnt like it so I cut it all the way at my forehead Looolll and this was right b4 my kindergarten graduation😳😳 now everytime I look at those pics I cringe massively

I've cut my own bangs in the past, at first it looked really good and I was pretty proud of myself but... Then I realized it's super hard to maintain them.. So if you have any tips on how to maintain them then please do tell us. And overall I do think you did a very good job at cutting your hair (actually way better than me).

theres a reason why you see us Koreans with hair rollers in our bangs all da time :) when you're getting ready first thing in the morning, slightly dampen your hair and put a roller in it and keep it in while you're getting ready (eating breakfast, driving to work), makes managing bangs every morning much easier. other than that, if you're having a really bad hair day, you just gotta put on a hair band on and call it a day ahahaha

Great idea for a follow up video! I had bangs one point in highschool and I messed it up so bad I just grew it out so never had to kinda maintain it
My experience with bangs I don’t think they are necessarily hard to maintain but...they are super inconsistent. I maybe have good looking bangs like 1 out of every 10 bangs. And the wind will make me look strange 😅

Couple tips for future bangers lol
6:40 - keeping head straight and not leaning to one side helps to keep even cutting.
7:00 - Holding your hair away from you when you try to cut WILL give you uneven, choppy ends. Turning non-dominant hand palm-inward to mimic the same way you held other side while blending will give you smoother look!

The second the bangs fell, you instantly looked even more like a kpop idol! It suits you so well!! My bangs are cut the same way, they're just a little harder to style since my hair type is curlier, but I love how they look on literally anyone who does it!

I didn't know it's a Korean thing, I'm doing this for years whenever I want bangs, because my hair is wavy and I don't like to heat style regularly, so this bang is actually easy to maintain and not bulky, it even grows out beautifully

it came out great, tho the left side was hard because im a lefty. Cut longer first bc it springs up when you cut it. It looks so cute with a ponytail, i was so scared ahahah. just do it you have not much to lose

Usually it's better to do our own bangs cause the hairstyles wouldn't know how we want it(and if we do it it would look good and if you mess if up there wouldn't be anyone to blame except ourselves XD)

pov: a couple months ago you went to the salon to cut bangs. you asked for this specific type of bang, but they just cut it straight across. and you ended up not liking it too much. you've been growing out your bangs hoping that they will return to the same length as the rest of your hair. it's halfway there. however, it's 10:21 pm and you see this and are tempted to do it since like she said no one will really see it if it turns out bad now that we are in quarantine. do you do it? (in case it's not obvious yet, this is what is happening to me. should I do it...? I trimmed not only my heavy blunt bangs but also some face framing layers. They came out great and made me feel better I havent had my hair cut since early January
