@scaleyscaley8027 Epitaph is a sub-stand to King Crimson in the same way Sheeran Heart Attack is to Killer Queen. Its literally in King Crimson's face. Not only that but Diavolo states that he'll hand over King Crimson's arms and Epitaph to Doppio during the Risotto fight.
The user of both is Diavolo and Epitaph existe to complete King Crimson.
