After that is the part about back in History when they used to fight with Weapons. This part is about making sure all weapons are in good condition and sharp. You can see from 1:16 see draws the sword behind her back and checks it and sharpens it to her side.
After that is from 1:40 is about having compassion (metta) and respect for the enemy.
From 1:50 is about the Goddess of Water. The Goddess is said to have long hair. She is flicking her hair back and bunching it on her head for respect.

From 2:20 is about paying respect to women, the action is putting powder and water in her hands, looking in the mirror and applying powder to her face. Then combing her hair. From 2:50 is her drawing the curtains open looking outside to see flying Pheonixes. Then it shows the action of her opening the sky.
From 3:15 is about her playing with the opposition now. Slicing him with a sword then placing obstacles in his way.

So graceful! Seen a couple of these, and seems they are not always the same. Seems like there is one for males and one for females as well. I do hope someone that knows better can explain it. Looks like a good warm up and stretching as well though.
I'm afraid I don't know. All I do know is that Wai is a form of greeting in Thailand (bowing and putting hands together) and Kru is a Muay Thai/Muay Boran teacher. Based on that, I suppose Wai Kru is a greeting to your master.

I know that it's paying respects. The meaning of the first 3 bows are as follows: 1- paying respect to parents, 2 - teachers 3- king/ queen/ God (whatever you believe in). The second part where she reaches out and draws in symbolises taking energy from mother earth. I don't know the rest tho
Then she backs to her corner for a final "wai" for respect. Then she's ready to fight.
