I'll say that's the difference between how they say it in English and Japanese. Not trying to be rude, but the translation got a little bit lost in this case. Usually when the cast introduces themself they would often say it like [their name] [the cast of (character's name)]. Sometimes the character's name can come first but it's basically the same sentence structure, just switched places.
Conclusion, Mizuki's VA actually said "I'm Satou Hinata, the cast of Asahina Mafuyu" so she actually got it right. But I understand that they're talking at a fast pace so maybe the subtitle was intended to keep it short to catch on.

@@jiraidarling The actual line that was said was 佐藤日向（朝比奈まふゆ役）so the correct translation would have been Satou Hinata (playing as Asahina Mafuyu). It's a less common structure to write cast lists that way because this emphasises the cast rather than the character they play as, but this is a promo show where the cast show up as they are.
