Greg @ Kong = Great guy to deal with. I’m a past and soon to be future customer again w/ the new blower porting design. Greg/KONG was already super successful with porting blowers among other things so the fact that Kong takes the time to CONTINUE TO INNOVATE that already successful blower porting and do an amazing job with the new “race port”. Lovin the look of the custom lid..wow. I can't wait to see it iodized in different colors. Also I love how you tune on the street before the car goes back, dyno's don't tell all the story all the time. That attention to detail isn't shared with some other unnamed shops

@@LateModelRacecraft I would say just do it right! Y’all are top notch. Don’t know if you have to order them in bulk before you would know what build it’s for, but it would be a nice touch on certain color cars to match it to the car

Love the look of the new lid. Color choices are endless for customers if they choose to powdercoat. If you can stop some heatsoak with a titanium tube, awesome.

I am curious if you would be willing to talk to the new tuner rules being passed in California? The rules essentially fail any non-stock ecu car for emissions in CA. Be curious if you could comment and I am sure your answers will be insightful as the times are changing…

Im a big fan of coating parts. Would be nice to have the option to have color coated and designs. LMR, Jake logo and others.

Matching anodized lid and intake purple would look sick
The cover looks good but you could have it powder coated a color they the custom wants. I will eventually send mine down and have this package done.Thanks for the content ✊
LID & 5” INTAKE: My 2 cents is to color match the 5” titanium intake + blower lid. Maybe up to customer. My C7Z is Laguna Blue so I could get them power coated Laguna Blue and they would match nice. The other thought is that ‘titanium’ type look (like your titanium exhaust for the C8) is a cool design for lid + intake (they should match especially since it’s a package…. Maybe you can imprint “LMR-850” into lid. Hate to be like Hennessy but with no disrespect - I think we all know you do an amazing job. I’m excited to get the 850 package this year soon.
I just saw in the video the “LMR 850” badge on back of car. So like I said, I like that, maybe a badge on the blower lid too…

Offer the blower to be all flat black with LMR in red. Would be better than the bright chrome look under the hood.

I think Colorado is a 91 octane state? If so 610 is solid. I have a 16 manual with a afe Cai, Corsa xpipe and exhaust and only 562. But, just got a 2nd opinion and they said my tune was super lean.
Going to do a 2.3 pulley, heat exchanger and a retune so we'll see what it does

Should paint lid color of car. in my case black. so u can turn an lt3 into a 750RWHP aggressor for how much? Debating whether or not to trade in my 450hp for a Hennessey 700 hp. The z06 price tags on c7's are ridiculous.
