William was speeding down the highway in his sedan. The Pickup tried overtaking a T-series, but went too fast, and clipped Jimmy, the pickup driver lost control, and slammed into an SUV in the other lane. William slammed into the pickup. Both police officers saw the accident take place and immediately started tending to the victims and called for backup. William was in critical condition, but Officer Colman, and Officer Porter saved his life. He made it, but had a broken foot, several broken ribs, and many cuts and scrapes, along with whiplash. The suspect had major injuries, including a concussion, broken arm, and a sprained ankle. The safety of the SUV, however, protected the driver from much more serious injuries, and even death. The driver only walked away from the accident with bruises and scrapes, but she was a bit dazed and needed to be transported to the hospital. Jimmy was fine, and so were Sam and his friend. The pickup driver faced 15 years in prison.
