Wholeheartedly agree with Dan! Pool and breakfast if inc are just as important for a “ resort”. We have traveled in Caribbean, Mexico, Dom Rep so this is adequate but not outstanding! Happy travels guys!
Hi Dan and Rhaze sana ma notice. I worked po sa booking company before if na booked po sa online regarding directly sa hotel website of sa mga booking sites ung mga extra fee po dapat malinaw n naka indicate sa website. If may mis information pwede kyo makipag usap kay mngr or call sa booking site where you booked to inform them your concern para at least ma compensate kayo. I’m so upset po sa nangyari and if ever na maka received ako ng call from customer like you na ganun ung naging exp i will be more than willing to compensate para ma keep kyo and mabawasan ung disappointments. Ang case po ay not informed n no king bed available and hindi malinaw ang info about extra charges. Un lang po. I know huli n ang lahat hehe pero next time while nasa hotel pa kayo call agad sa booking site and let them know the problem sila po ang makikipag nego sa hotel nyo kung anung pwedeng gawin. I just watched this and I realized we were in Boracay at the same time! How I wish I bumped into you and Dan. Dec27-30 kami ni boyfie pero sa ibang resort kami nagstay, Fairways and Bluewater. Such a nice resort, fanstastic service, they have several pools and a private beach, plus a really good breakfast buffet. Just one problem may isang gabi na walang electricity bc of the storm and a lot of amenities were not available dahil kailangan nila linisin. You should check that next time you go to Boracay. 😊
I went to Boracay way back and stayed at Boracay Regency but now called as Henann Regency. If you go in low season the price is much more affordable. Also, Henann in Panglao is much better and the main pool doesn’t cost a thing with a view of the beach too. My husband and I went there back in 2015. Love love the Henann Panglao. Also, Rhaze and Dan paid way more in Boracay for 1 night as it is peak season. We want in Panglao in low season and we paid only 20k for 4 nights and 5 days with daily buffet breakfast and got a king bed and outstanding service as well.

try Hennan Regency(formerly boracay regency) which is in the same complex of Mesa Resto...it has plenty of pools + bar in a pool...no extra charge! their rooms are decent too, and it is very very close to the beach compared to where u stayed. Shangri La is also great, no doubt best facility but too far from commercial although, they have regular shuttles going to other stations so not bad at all. :)
Hennan Lagoon is much better than Hennan Crystals although Hennan Lagoon is not beach fronting. Ang kahandahan sa Hennan Lagoon your terrace is fronting the pool. Anytime you want to swim in the pool you may do so.

Been using the same make and model as hers for over 2 years now. No problem naman. Heavy cooking din kame since nagpapakain ng mga trabahador so talagang sabay at madame pag nagluto.
Good thing Porsha and Inday hindi nagka basag-basag yung sainyo. Yung samin talagang sumabog, nagtalsikan ang mga bubog sa kabahayan. Nung isosolina namin ayaw ng SM appliance kahit same brand lang 😞
we were at azalea last dec 26-29.the rooms were great.the breakfast was at kuya j's. the crew and staff were nice and accomodating.the pool at the deck was free. give it a try next time miss rhaze- =)
I work for a famous hotel chain in the UK and one of the many things I learned is to call the hotel directly before the stay to check/confirm everything about my reservation and the hotel 😉

hennan palm beach resort is better. a lot calmer than crystal sands and the pool on the rooftop is free. the pool on the main floor is a lot nicer too. you should try it next time.

ung nagbayad ka ng 10k a night pero di mo nakuha service na binayaran mo. we stayed in Astoria station 1 beachfront din 5k a night, we did not have any issues. buti nalang :)

dapat talaga free na yung pool, nagwowork ako sa hotel, walk in lang ang may bayad pero pag inhouse guest free na yung mga hotel amenities, like gym and swimming pool. Pero siguro SOP sa kanila yon, bawat hotel kanya kanya kase policies.. nagwork din po ako sa Boracay before.. If pupunta pupunta po ulit kayo don, try nyo yung mga standard hotels like Boracay Regency or Discovery Shores.. 🙂 God Bless Rhaze & Dan..

you guys had a point, you shouldn’ t pay an extra money for the pool party since you are in house visitor. also they should inform you before hand that your room is not the one you booked.

ung nagbayad ka ng 10k a night pero di mo nakuha service na binayaran mo. we stayed in Astoria station 1 beachfront din 5k a night, we did not have any issues. buti nalang :)

dapat talaga free na yung pool, nagwowork ako sa hotel, walk in lang ang may bayad pero pag inhouse guest free na yung mga hotel amenities, like gym and swimming pool.
Pero siguro SOP sa kanila yon, bawat hotel kanya kanya kase policies..
nagwork din po ako sa Boracay before..
If pupunta pupunta po ulit kayo don, try nyo yung mga standard hotels like Boracay Regency or Discovery Shores.. 🙂
