So I was following the second one which allows the owner and co owners to enter only and it would work but when I was standing in it, people were able to walk in. But if I was standing out of it, it would respawn them. I’ve re-watched the video and I can’t quite figure it out. I was wondering if I just wired something wrong or what, if there a way to fix it?

If you use that way, its better to have a doorway, as trigger zones can't detect entering when something is already inside.
