I love SciFi, I watch and enjoy a fair amount ... saying that I was a combat solder (2/502 Infantry, 101st Airborne, Vietnam), we were mean spirited warriors who spent over 330 days in the A Shaw Valley (DMZ) in Vietnam (the movie"Hamburger Hill" as about there). I was the team point man my whole tour. Less than 5% of all the US Army back then were full combat line solders. This is fantasy film (I know) ... as a team we were tough, we took care of each other, who knew the USA had poisoned us with Dioxin (Agent Orange)? ... and then denied it was real??? That's why I watch fantasy SciFi ... it's a dream of greatness, but has no reflection on the reality of Americans for sure! It's story about the dreams about loyalty, bravery and being loyal to their fellow solders.
@@SciFiTime Thanks for caring, sadly all my VN Vet Trooper friends have died, two by their own hands. I live in Australia after I retired here from my position as a college teacher (Fine Art). I spent 9 years in the US Army and attended several military schools. The Australian Government was interested in some and offered me the position in 1979, I'm still on R&R ... lol ... the Colorado VA Hospital rep told me over 30,000 US Veterans live here.
@@Bob.Jenkins I'm sorry, it means nothing to me if some invisible childish person on you-tube believes me. You've mistaken me for a guy who gives a sh*t about what YOU THINK??? I fought over 50 years ago ... call signs? Really?
American officers are there to keep the soldiers/Marines in check. Capture the officer and you just unleashed a bunch of well trained, well equipped, hunters who want their officer back.
"We even captured one of their commanders" Yeah if it's America's military that's probably the worst thing to do. Marine default is maximum aggression lol
Excellent story but why would the lights in the Station Dim? It's a Space Station - it's not going anywhere and the enemy know that. What you'd want is for the lights to strobe for a few seconds (with a distinctive audio alarm) and then go to maximum brightness - enabling the crew to more easily reach their posts, don armour and arm themselves... you don't need your crew stumbling about in 'dim' lighting to find their gear or reach their posts. Additionally, why board the Space Station at all? Just destroy it - after all, they wanted the resources on the Planet. Why engage if you don't have to? This story makes NO sense.
Why does almost every one of these stories have a second in command question orders from the captain, especially in front of the crew? That would happen once then second would either be taken aside and corrected, or dismissed on the spot. These stories always have this happen going into a battle. Ridiculous. And the entire premise of the story was what happens if you kill a human. No humans were killed, yet they retaliated with complete destruction.
Not sure how they know the ships were threats. We knew. But how did the station? 6 ships. No communications. It could be pirates, or a group out for adventure. But Earth fleet attacked without warning? As said where did the one ship from first attack go? I understood no station personal were hurt. Much less killed?
I'm telling you this so that hopefully you improve the storylines. When the alien raiders launched their attack, they had six ships. Two were destroyed, and suddenly they only had three left?? Not to sound like a boomer but six minus two is four not three. And the remaining three (???) ships tried to target the station's engines? A station has a reactor or power plant. A ship has engines. Please stop using a.i. to write and read these stories. A competent proof reader would have caught these mistakes.
Theres a reason the imperial guard says, "When one man falls ten more are ready to take their place"

That's what governments are best at hurting the people who live in the country they govern and lies about doing it
Never EVER give the murder apes a reason to stop fighting each other.

Great story. Thank you for not over using palpable.

Continue the great work! It’s amazing!

And prey to whatever gods you have they are not Canadian
Could have been worse, they could have captured the British commander of a squad of Gurkhas.

My bad, I missplaced first ship, 😊.
When do we attack first? Did the raiders attack or fire? No description of the attackers fight?
They don't call humans the immortals for no reason
