Show Synopsis: With all the thrills and edge-of-your-seat tension of a major sporting tournament, combined with the latest in robot engineering and larger-than-life inventors, BattleBots has viewers of all ages gripped.
In pairs, bot inventors go head-to-head inside the perilous and bullet-proof BattleBot arena, with the aim of destroying or completely disabling their opponent’s machine.

I think one of Bite Forces biggest strengths is how good Paul is at disguising driving issues. They possibly could’ve been counted out in this fight but he waited for tombstone to come at him and made it look like they were just grappling.
And on their final against Minotaur got lots of ground clearance problems getting stuck on the floor several times but keep going anyways.

Well, Bite Force also means how hard the tooth of a spinner hits so even VS Bite Force matches its name

Lets give credit to Biteforce’s defence. Tombstone gave several decisive hits to biteforce from his front. Biteforce’s front cover was able to take and resist those powerful hits to continue the fight. Also lack of wheels in the design prevented tombstone to go for wheels and properly demobilize it. It is easy to talk now but I think tombstone should have gone for agression, agression agression. With that it could get more points from strategy, agression and damage as well. Of course getting away to build for that big momentum attack seemed neccesaary.
I wish this channel makes playlist for all seasons, let us follow each season. We could watch all of videos like tv series.

This fight was iconic. But the reason tombstone lost the nut cause Ray went for that last hit on Bronco causing all the batteries to fall out of the frame. I imagine tombstone would've won if they had been conservative.
No the real reason why Tombstone lost is because BiteForce's Driver knew how to avoid the Blade. If you Push Tombstone in the Corner its over for him. Either He will Launch himself over the Stage bc of the hard knockback or He doesn't even get the Chance to Bring enough force to Run the Blade again. For me Tombstone is too way simple and boring.

Bite Force didn't have controlled movement for quite a while. I thought Ray had the chance to sit back so the refs could see that Bite Force was hobbled, and maybe start counting.
I love how 90% of the time there's really good sportsmanship between the teams. I don't have a favorite, I love them all so its great seeing the positive attitudes despite all the passion.

tombstone's biggest issue is durability, he either destroys the enemy within seconds or breaks itself into pieces. i dont understand how batteries break tho, some cheap chinese garbage? proper battery should never break, you gotta calculate the load they can output and never exceed that load, use a driver or something that restricts the max amount of power your equipment can draw from battery.
i can understand if there's a short circuit, but this was something else, either overload or just bad battery.
Ray is like: It's batteries are burning, we don't really need them, we just put them to add weight!!

Tombstone was supposed to win because even though biteforce did several brutal hits to Tombstone, Tombstone barely receive any damage where as Biteforce received much more damage than Tombstone.
Tombstones biggest strength is the First Hit, when you manage to avoid it or Take a direct Hit you can simply push him in the Corner and thats it. Either He will Launch himself Off the Stage or He doesn't even get the Chance to Bring Up enough Force to Run the Blade again.
The Main reason why BiteForce won is bc His Driver hast some Talent and Tactics.

The unanimous decision went to Bite Force because it has the most of the aggression (because it delivered the most of the contacts on the battle) control (via pin ups and overcoming driving issues) and strategy ('cause the game plan from Bite Force of resisting the first hits and disabling Tombstone's weapon resulted). Damage was split, with Bite Force being the most prejudiced and Tombstone with the least due it's weapon mother failure.
Despite of being the most damaged, Bite Force won in all the other aspects, securing its victory.

1.) It's because of strategy, opponents study the way other other opponents fight to think of how they can win a battle against them, while following the rules.
2.) BiteForce specializes in defense there, while Tombstone specializes in offense, so it's like an indestructible shield vs a powerful blade but the shield gains the advantage.
3.) The person who pilots BiteForce is actually an good pilot, most of the battles involving BiteForce has BiteForce winning the battle.
@@papersparrow899 and I like to add that 3 it's more like "Bite Force wining the battle due the patient and calculated driving".
I'll always remember Paul sending Blacksmith on the screws after loosing its weapon and overcoming those ground clearance problems against Minotaur and still wining.

Tombstone is such an unimaginative, innovation less design. Basically a modified electric lawnmower....something I would expect from a teenager.

Bite Force won again the second time it faced Tombstone, this time, Tombstone flails around somehow with a lost tire and broken blade.

I'm so happy Tombstone didn't get this win. He always unnecessarily goes for destruction even if the other bot isn't moving anymore. Such a sadistic and selfish driver.
This was well deserved.
Nah, Tombstone should have won. The amount of energy output of Tombstone, breaking actual iron plates etc. Obviously the weapon didn't stop because of an active attack from Biteforce but Tombstones own power. And the fact that Biteforce was not really mobile at the end
Like I said in other reply, actually Bite Force won because it scored points on the rest of categories:
_Aggression,_ being the one who delivered the most of the contacts while Tombstone needed to retreat every time it needed to spin up;
_Control,_ by the pin ups and the way Paul managed to make transitional movement with driving issues;
And _Strategy,_ which was a parameter on this season, went to Bite Force because their plan of resisting the first impacts and disable Tombstone's weapon it worked.
_Damage_ could be considered split, due despite of being "passive", Bite Force used the arena rails to brake Tombstone's mothers, and using the arena to inflict damage it was (till 2021 when the parameters changed) considered active.
With all said, I can really understand why the decision was unanimous.
