Wonderful. Thank you for this lovely video. Nothing can go wrong with a good fried chicken. Yummy. I'm so used with eating KFC original recipe fried chicken and McD spicy fried chicken.
Hi Yasin, thanks for watching!! We didn't have a bad fried chicken in Malaysia, they were all good! As we said in the video it was such a novelty to have fried chicken at McD, this is not an option in Australia.😋
😂😂 That is nice to hear that you think we have thick Aussie accents! It is quite funny actually, people in other countries sometimes can't work out where our accent is from!
Nice lovey dovey lady in the tramp fried chicken comparison video!! 😆 There is one British guy that went to more than 50 countries n tried the KFC, he voted malaysia KFC the best in the world! & Marrybrown opened their chain in Melbourne, Australia this year!!! You guys should do a video which fast food chain in Malaysia have the best dessert! 😆
🤣🤣 So far, we would have to agree with the British guy, Malaysia KFC and fried chicken IS the best we've tasted in the world! It easily beats Australia! We like your video idea about best Malaysia chain desserts! We'll keep that for next time!
I think it may depend. I had KFC in Penang recently and I was extremely underwhelmed overall. The chicken was decent, but it was FAR better in Vietnam, and everything about the food was fresher in Vietnam. I literally didn't finish my burger in Penang, it was just trash (zinger). But, I went to McD's in Penang and was surprised at how good it was. I wasn't a huge fan of their burgers. I had a spicy double cheeseburger, but the sauce was just way too sweet for me. But the fried chicken was better in my opinion vs KFC. I could have just been unlucky at KFC, but here, the price is quite premium, but the quality didn't live up to my expectations. Of course, I suggest that you mainly go to local places for food, it's generally way better as a complete meal, but nothing beats some fried chicken sometimes.
I had no idea Burger King in Malaysia serves fried chicken. Gonna have to check it out soon. In my personal opinion, I would further rank this based on each brand's outlet. For example KFC, quality varies across different outlets. Some are just terrible even after multiple visits. Also, as a rule of thumb, I usually avoid fast food outlets during their opening hour. I can't say in great certainty, but the texture, taste and overall quality points to them pushing stock from previous day or even older.
I like how much thought you have put into this, good tips too! We agree that it will also depend on the individual restaurant that you visit. Yes, we were surprised that both Burger King and McDonalds sell fried chicken. We were even more surprised that they were as good if not better than KFC! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!
When I travelled to the US on the ship, I had the best-fried chicken wings ever in Louisiana. Never had anything like it, they were selling them by weight like give me a kilo of the wings
I watched this video because I am about to go get some fried chicken. Was going to go to McD's, but I think I'll try Penang Burger King instead. Thanks for the tips (though I may try them all myself because fried chicken is great).
Yes you have to try the burger king chicken, it was such a big surprise to us! We don't get fried chicken from burger king in Australia, so that was a novelty too!
Good question! I think Hungry Jacks was what burger king was named in Australia. I'm sure there was a time when both burger king and hungry Jacks existed in Australia. They both have the whopper anyway!

For the millionth time, the ducks thank you for the chook coverage😂. Ducks will live yet another day.

We have yet to try Jollibee, we hear it is very big in The Philippines.
