Thank you Scott, my supervisor had just returned my proposal to explain more on credibilty and trustworthiness. You have made it crystal clear. I can't thank you enough🙏🙏
This is very helpful! I really appreciate the comparison with positivist paradigms. I also really appreciate how these are broken down into categories and lists. Thank you!
Thank you so much for uploading this! I have a question though: This topic of trustworthiness usually write before data collected (chapter 3 of methodology) or after data collected (Chapter 4 of Findings and Discussions)? Thank you!
The correct answer is - whatever your chair says (wink). I usually advise my students to put this section after the data analysis section in chapter 3, before ethics and limitations and delimitations. You want to describe a plan for trustworthiness in Chapter 3. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the kind words. Of course; here is the full reference: Terrell, S. R. (2016). Writing a proposal for your dissertation: Guidelines and examples. New York: The Guilford Press. ISBN: 978-1-4625-2303-0 or 978-1-4625-2302-3

Informative and easy to understand. I think this would be great for undergrads who are starting out in research for their capstone projects!

Very nice explanation Scott Self; the pace of the explanation is quite good, the example is valuable, the graphics supports this quite well.
