    Bruh Im digging your channel. I just learned about ceramic. The shop was going to charge $450. I’ve been tinting on and off for yrs. Never got deep into it because I never perfected it. Windshields (front/back) are my enemy lol. After that price quote though, I bought a ceramic 40% roll from Lexen. Now I’m trying to master the craft. Bra I agree. Once you get your front when shield tinted you'll never go back. Only drawback is getting a state inspection, sometimes you have to get it taken off than putting it back on once a year just so it can pass inspection. 50% is good, never had any problems, and at night it's incredible.

    I just found this channel And I swear I saw this car right after picking up my little siblings from school it looked so badass. But I only have a white impala with different colored fenders/hood because they messed up my paint codes at AutoZone 🐷😂. Nd I had paid a guy to paint it because I had no time and I was disappointed with myself 🌝😬

    What is being put on the exterior of the windshield? Is 40% tint going on the outside & inside? Is this what shops always do when windshield tint is requested? Is whatever’s on the outside suggested? Also love the videos. You’re the most helpful!

    • @FadeToBlackLLC
      @FadeToBlackLLC  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm making a template on the outside and then installing on the inside. This is how most places install Window Tint.

    Hey how are you doing. So I have a Nissan Altima with double 20% in my front windows and my rear windows plus back 20 + 5%. I got a tint appointment coming up shortly. I’ve been deciding between 40% or 50% ceramic tint on my windshield. I don’t care bout darkness at night since my sides are dark. But I don’t want it to dark for cops to pull me over for it. But I want it dark enough to look Smokey. Btw cops in my area don’t really care bout tints. But I don’t wanna risk it with a blacked out looking windshield. Pls reply back and give me ur opinion. Much appreciate it.

    • @FadeToBlackLLC
      @FadeToBlackLLC  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      There's probably a million different tint scenarios you can do. I can't say who will or won't get pulled over. 40 or 50% both will look dark with what you already have on the car. Your shutting away light from coming into the vehicle by pretty much half. It's going to be dark and of course increase your chance of getting pulled. If cops don't care then do what you want and keep rolling.
