I remember when this song first came out in 1979 when I was 15... and here we are in 2024. It is the only song he is really known for. This is such a great song... the poor guy must sing it in his sleep after all these years.
We have a common year born 1964 and this Trac got my roller skating obsession started

This is even better than the original version from 1979 , they used to play it all the time on the radio back in the 1980's in California, it used to make me press the gas peddle down in the car.
