Canadians with tinnitus say they suffer alone

Imagine hearing a ringing or buzzing sound in your head all day long? Millions of Canadians are impacted by tinnitus. One woman who has a severe form of the condition says there’s a lack of support to help people like her.

Ceterizine HCL some say helps. It's an antihistamine people take for allergies. It tends to reduce Tinnitus. Don't use earbuds and headphones, it makes T worse.

I cured my tinnitus after years of suffering...and since I've helped dozens do the same..but too many prefer to beleive it can't be helped. The answer is diet...as crazy as it sound....mostly preservatives need to be cut out..all processed food basically. No drinking. No soy sauce.. No a lot of things.

Your thinking is why some of my friends sufferd with tinnitus and ear-fullness for YEARS before finally accepting it was somehting in their diet...mostly the food that tastes good, so they preferred to think it was something else. I can't eat pizza, hotdogs, fast-food...not something many people want to accept lol..its not easy to make that change. I had to learn to cook.
