      @@shivashankaran9294 Would like to share my view here. Standard cup measurement will not be always right. For example, the weight of 1 cup rice is not as same as 1 cup refined flour. The weight of 1 cup refined flour is not as same as 1 cup rice flour. Cup measurements are tested multiple times to see if this is fine to create standard recipe. But, unfortunately, the test / experiment failed miserably as the way of measuring by cup, even by same ingredient, had variation. Hence, the grams / kilo grams / ml / L. Thank you very much.❤️😍🙏.

    Colour of ur bread looks excellent... My oven Will takes its own preheating time.. Is it necessary to preheat for 15min? Pls mention the size of ur bread baking tray. My bread always burn on the top, why? Is baking 20 min in 180c is enough.?

      The size of the pan is 10" X 4" X 4". Each oven behaves differently and hence you may increase or decrease the time/temperature based on the colour and doneness. Sorry for the delayed reply. Thank you very much.❤️😍🙏.

    Hi Chef, any substitute for yeast. Consuming yeast daily is good for health? Your opinion.

      Let me explain you a little about what yeast does in the process of fermentation. When yeast is activated with water, it becomes live and start eating Sugar (Carbohydrates) in the flour and releases CO2 and Ethyl alcohol. This CO2 is the reason for the raise in volume. ( That's why yeast is also called as raising agent ). The Ethyl alcohol evaporates and yeast dies in the process of Cooking or Baking. So, not to worry about yeast. The resting of Bread is done to improve the texture and flavour of the bread. Thank you very much.❤️😍🙏.

      @@ChefYKU thanks chef. Sorry for late reply. I tried the bread process left for half hour for fermentation. (I think yeast was angry on me😆😆). It failed😞😞😞 bread became hard after baking. Will try again next week❤❤❤

      Each oven operates differently. The timing and temperature I mention is tentative only. If you think, the product is crop, please reduce the time of baking. If it burns, reduce temperature. It will take sometime to understand your oven.

    Bread is something not made frequently in households.... It would be nice if u added what things could go wrong.
    Especially u said white wheat or brown wheat. When using brown wheat the bread is hard. Not soft.
