This was an Amazon Prime game ONLY. Things I noticed from the stats: Oilers outshot Montreal (but couldn't score), won more faceoffs, had more PP opportunities (but couldn't score) and kept everything out on the PK, had more giveaways and fewer takeaways and the same number of blocks. They were goalied and defended well against. I mean Connor McDavid had ONE Shot on Goal, ONE. Leon had two. When your stars aren't able to get shots on goal it's a problem. New Callup Josh Brown was physical and got a penalty for it (coincidental to the other person who got one both for roughing). Tonight Draisaitl and Henrique impressed in the faceoff circle. I think many of the guys are starting to run out of gas a bit early. There is a trend of when you play folks over 20 night after night and they just start being generally slower. We'll see in time as trend analysis is able to happen. Take care all
