Obejrzałem całość, bo fajnie opowiada. Ale nie mogę uwierzyć, że kiedyś interesowałem się ciężarówkami itd. Duży zestaw, mały zestaw, bardzo duży ze śmigłem, itd... jakoś w ogóle mnie to nie rusza. My ludzie, to mamy jednak narąbane w głowach...- przelecieć ocean, żeby udowadniać komuś, że coś się umie na zasadzie zółtodzioba, żeby później jeździć ciężarówką, która jest trochę inna, defacto bez większych różnic. Tylko nie mówcie, że to marzenia itp. bo wszystko ma swoje granice. Jakbym usłyszał tekst, że ok zatrudnimy Cię ale już z kanadyjskim prawem jazdy, bo nie chce nikomu się sprawdzić, że to legal, to bym to wyśmiał i pierwszy lepszy lot do Polski.

Awesome video I'm from Ontario and I am part Polish I went there 6 years ago with my wife, we rented a car in Germany but spent almost three weeks in Poland I put over 14 500 km on the rental car in that time in Poland what a beautiful country.
Thank you for the update,things will turn out right in the end. I know how difficult it is my son is doing the same thing.He left the UK and went to Nova Scotia , where he is doing his training with a company on Prnce Edward Island . Paper work all done , air brake test done , driving test done and passed everything .On the road this w/e down to the States. All done in 4 weeks , im one prowed dad.

Zycze pomyslnosci PS. Mozesz zamieszkac wWindsor zaraz przy granicy Twoja kompania ma tam jarde.

Hello Iwona, I've immigrated in 2010 to Manitiba, Canada. I've had the same problems with getting the licence and then I found out that one has to buy two books for $10 each, pass the theory for another ten dollars and then learn the air brake procedures with a yellow and red item, I've used candles from dollarama for that. you really need to know the whole procedure in and out otherwise its almost impossible to pass the test. then you can take one lesson at a driving school just to get to know the eaton fuller transmission system. in my first attempt of the road test, which costed $300 I've stopped just half a second before it turned to red so I wouldn't be in the middle of the intersection and I've failed, don't do things like these. the overall sum for getting the drivers licence in manitoba was $1020. Welcome to Canada! I was watching all your videos in Montreal while you were going through all these efforts to get a job and had no idea what you were encountering of course, but I can certainly sympathise! Now I find this one when I'm back in Vancouver and invite you to do what you love most and drive long distance, living in your truck and coming to Vancouver, where it rains more than it snows. But during these 6 months you are here (hopefully more!) you will see lots of snow, especially over the mountains in order to get to the beautiful We(s)t Coast!

Wielki szacunek Pani! Bo wiem osobiście z czym się Pani zmierzyła. Zdawałem w prowincji Alberta class 5. Bo tyle i aż tyle mogłem. Mojej Polskiej kat. C nie uznali tam. A zdawanie dalej było za drogie dla mnie. Więc jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem Pani sukcesu zdobycia Kanadyjskiej Class 1 Driver's License!

welcome to north america Lwona nice to hear from you also and while we at it since you here in north america how about come to the usa? and when you do? how about trying out Florida? cuz it's really nice down there especially Miami especially around this time of year is a bit hot but not too too bad as long you stay cool and drink plenty of water oh yea i forgot it gets plenty of rain sometimes every day but most of the time it's nice and sunny
If you stay long enough to drive oversize in the United States you will really enjoy it. It is different, but much fun. Long loads are not as cumbersome to maneuver, and in many places you have plenty of space to move around and be comfortable on the road. The larger trucks are also much more comfortable that Cab-Over style trucks of Europe since you sit behind the front axle instead of on top of it. Good luck and welcome to North America!
Pozdrawiam. jeździłem na truckach w Mayflower (moving- przeprowadzki) w latach 90-91, miałem Freigthliner Cabover z silnikiem Caterpillar 1986... fajnie było na ogół... od 91 roku robię inne ciekawe rzeczy... hihi. Życie w nowym kraju nie zaczyna ani się nie kończy na pierwszej pracy... ważne aby mieć dobre nastawienie: "Jakby nie było,będzie dobrze. Musi"
Iwona, I'm Gary from the U.S., I unddertstand about all the waiting around,I've beeworking on getting my CDL license for near 2 years now and I've waited a long time. !st I had to get medical clearance from my Doctors and then I had to send that to the FMCSA. I'm at about the last part of the waiting now, I think about 2 weeks, but once I get cleared by the government I'll be on my way to cdl training and going to work within about 3 months if all goes good. I'm Happy your driving now in Canada and hope to see ya out there on the big road soon, Till then stay safe and between the lines and best of luck on gettign your citizenship as well!!!!

Don't give up, you will succeed. Your story is fairly similar to Sergei Dratchev from Russia. He started off in Canada as a tow truck driver, then went to Challenger, then up and up and and now it is on the top of the mountain, owner operator of a heavy haul truck. You can watch him every day on TH-cam. Very educational and inspiring.

She already was fluent in French. However she would speak Parisian, not Quebecquis accent. I think that is the reason why she chose Canada rather than Mexico, or Latin America.
Ah, I didn't know she spoke French, but I knew she was probably multilingual given her background in trucking and modeling. I'm glad she is on her way to fulfilling her dream.

Tak oglądam i jestem pełen podziwu. Zastanawiam się tylko tak czy taki kierowca ma życie? Tzn opowiadasz że marzy ci się jeździć non stop. Czyli dosłownie mieszkać w szoferce. A co poza pracą? W Kanadzie i w Stanach są tzw owner operator z regóły jedno osobowe firmy które wynajmują się dla większych firm. I teraz uwaga nie mają one Tzw. NUMERÓW. Numery te to są numery na boku trucka Stanowe i Kanadyjskie czyli takie jakie Ty masz na Volvo. Nigdy nie idź do pracy Dla ownera ponieważ on jest podwykonawcą w innej firmie i byś była pracownikiem pracownika W tej chwili jesteś u źródła ta firma bierze ładunki bezpośrednio od brokera. Ale jak znam życie to będą Cię puszczali po okolicy ponieważ ubezpieczenie nie wyrazi zgody na wyjazd dalej. ( znacznie podniesie stawkę firmie a to boli). Szerokości

Jednak przyjechałaś ? Ty na prawdę jesteś uparta ! Pozdrowionka z Toronto. Ja akurat kręcę się w okół komina, a i tak dziennie robię ok. 300 kilometrów i wystarczy. A co najważniejsze śpię we własnym łóżku. Fajnie byłoby się z Toba kiedyś spotkać na kawę ( i zrobić sobie selfie ).

If you stay long enough to drive oversize in the United States you will really enjoy it. It is different, but much fun. Long loads are not as cumbersome to maneuver, and in many places you have plenty of space to move around and be comfortable on the road. The larger trucks are also much more comfortable that Cab-Over style trucks of Europe since you sit behind the front axle instead of on top of it. Good luck and welcome to North America!

Życie w nowym kraju nie zaczyna ani się nie kończy na pierwszej pracy... ważne aby mieć dobre nastawienie: "Jakby nie było,będzie dobrze. Musi"
Iwona, I'm Gary from the U.S., I unddertstand about all the waiting around,I've beeworking on getting my CDL license for near 2 years now and I've waited a long time. !st I had to get medical clearance from my Doctors and then I had to send that to the FMCSA. I'm at about the last part of the waiting now, I think about 2 weeks, but once I get cleared by the government I'll be on my way to cdl training and going to work within about 3 months if all goes good. I'm Happy your driving now in Canada and hope to see ya out there on the big road soon, Till then stay safe and between the lines and best of luck on gettign your citizenship as well!!!!

Don't give up, you will succeed. Your story is fairly similar to Sergei Dratchev from Russia. He started off in Canada as a tow truck driver, then went to Challenger, then up and up and and now it is on the top of the mountain, owner operator of a heavy haul truck. You can watch him every day on TH-cam. Very educational and inspiring.

For sure. Some of it it justified (cultural adaptation) and some of it is protectionism (old boys club protecting its territory at any cost).

She already was fluent in French. However she would speak Parisian, not Quebecquis accent. I think that is the reason why she chose Canada rather than Mexico, or Latin America.
Ah, I didn't know she spoke French, but I knew she was probably multilingual given her background in trucking and modeling. I'm glad she is on her way to fulfilling her dream.

Dla ownera ponieważ on jest podwykonawcą w innej firmie i byś była pracownikiem pracownika W tej chwili jesteś u źródła ta firma bierze ładunki bezpośrednio od brokera. Ale jak znam
