Great video Dr. Weider and amazing channel. Thank you so much for helping tons of customers. I am hesitating between this model (Osaki Pro Maestro Massage Chair 4D) and the Osaki Escape model. I am more inclined to select the Osaki Pro Maestro 4D, as it seems to be a more robust option, but I would love to know your opinion. It seems that the Osaki Escape design looks great (much modern and elegant that the Maestro model) and has a better chromotherapy option, and an aromatherapy option (non existent in the Maestro model), but all the rest seem better in the Maestro model. I am right?
Hi, Olga. I am not very familiar with the Escape, although I know it is an S-track chair. I am a big fan of the L-track configuration, which the Maestro LE is, so I would pick that chair all day long over the Escape. We have the Maestro LE in our showrooms and it is a popular chair for us. I hope this helps. Dr. W.
The Osaka Massage Chair repair service is the worst. I bought this product online three years ago. However, there was a problem, so I asked for a service, but if I don't prove the purchase details, I won't meet any requests. They say they don’t provide any services if they can’t prove their purchase details, but the plastic on the buttocks of the chair was smashed, so they refused even though they asked me to get that part.

Oh! And I am unsure if the Osaki Escape has calves rollers. I believe the Osaki Pro Maestro LE does.

Yes, quite suitable for 6'1". It may feel a little snug if you have broad shoulders, but you should fit nonetheless.
