Awesome video! I start student teaching next fall, but I have been a teachers aide for 3 years now & it has been so helpful! If it's a possibility for someone who's looking into education then I would totally recommend getting a job like a teachers aide or something similar. I have learned SO much just from being in the classroom, not to mention I have done ALL report card testing, benchmark, progress monitoring etc. etc. assessing for the past 3 classrooms I've been in (I stay in one classroom as one teachers aide, I don't float around) 😂
