I'm not a pro but i think milk falls at 0:28 so that he can get those frozen bear jellies at 0:30 , and milk falls at 1:51 the reason he fell in that spot because the player wanted to activate the pet skill, as you can see, the player saved milk after the pet magnet effect ends.
It's pretty common among pro players to fall at least 1 time if they can still get the last ability and the cookie still dies after it (like in this case), it's usually really useful to do some strategies

'Cause they wanna end the magnet effect so that the pet can activate their skill after rescuing (magnet effect continually prevents pet skill from activating on time)
0:28 to collect all those frozen bear jellies 1:52 to activate pet's skill because pet's skill got delayed because of using magnets, so they wait for a while until the pet stops the magnet effect as you can see 2 falls combined allow Milk to go a little bit further for extra points All about strategies

As a milk main, its most likely the speed i think and the timing of the jumps.
