I've been sky diving a few times, it feels very safe.
The only time you get hurt is when you're with inexperienced people, it's when people crash together, they knock someone out, then you have to go grab them, control their fall and pull their shoot for them.
Or climbing a tall building in abu dhabi without harness
Hamilton also drives faster than he falls... So I guess it's calming
I like his voice so calm & smooth I never expected this from a F1 driver
Pretty much all F1 drivers are introverts. The vast majority are soft spoken. The only one who might not be is Daniel Ricciardo... But even that's no guarantee.
Imagine an audio book by Lewis on relaxing.
He's a really humble, cool dude. The level of security they had behind them while driving was crazy.

He cries about his poor childhood, discrimination because of his skin color and etc... , but no one makes F1 without exceptional support, no matter how talanted is.
This guy represents many things what is wrong with today's western world.

He's actually pretty chill and quiet. I think that's one reason he gets along so well with Seb, which is more of an extrovert funny type. And like he said "I just think funny people are the best".

give it a few more years and everyone's gonna love him. same thing's gonna happen like it did with vettel. people are always hating the most successful driver for some reason, so if verstappen wins the next championships people are gonna start hating him and love lewis instead.

I can understand why he doesn't like driving on the actual road, he drives an F1 car all the time. I have actually seen him in person at Albert Park in Melbourne Australia back in March 2014.
I started rooting for Lewis Hamilton when I first started watching F1. Not because of his talent - which is formidable - but because the first words out of his mouth, at the end of every race, are to his team. Either thanks for a win or an apology for a loss.
