Thank you for sharing / making this video. When you say adding a "Buffer" to prevent loading of the oscillator, do you mean adding another Wien bridge circuit on the frequency output so the first oscillator does not get loaded or just adding a capacitor would do the trick? (in series with the output pin?)
A capacitor won't do the job too well; another amplifier with a high input impedance will work well as a buffer. I have a video on buffers which might be helpful:
