Let's just say, don't buy used or open box. Had to deal with shipping them to coral vue for they to review them and try to fix That lasted a month and a half. They work well now. So my recommendation is to buy new. Hopefully new means they work as they should.

2 year warranty vs 10 year warranty. I love my Varios skimmer pumps but I think the 8 year difference in warranty kinda says a lot.
