I randomly searched African meditation music. Some odd videos later I stumbled on Beautiful Chorus I Am and it lead me here. My Saturday morning so far has been so peaceful. 😊
I love you guys my sistar introduced me as I was struggling to meditate.... this particular album does something to me everytime.... first time i met my female ancestors they tried to heal me all I could see was warm yellows and oranges and when I opened my eyes it was the solar plexus chakra song playing and what colour was my screen yellow💛 today I met some little fairy type people who sat me down like a rag doll and took out my heart and sewed it back together💙 I also saw myself dancing with a tribe in some part of Africa (maybe it was my own family and people I'm half Ghanaian) the msg I got was I need ecstatic dance healing🖤 I'm mind blown completely..... your music is literally healing me tonally.... thank you sistars ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I used to do toning with a group as well but haven't had a group to tone with for many years as well.
