Love you guys and look forward to your videos but we have some constructive criticism. Respectfully, please please sort out the logistics of how you are going to present the video before recording. The viewer doesn't need to witness disagreements of land boundaries or what rooms are being introduced by who. Perhaps a brief run through between you before recording? We had no introduction of where you were, the nearest town/facilities. No idea of the total amount of land or square footage of housing. This video was erratic to watch and difficult to watch. We've watched all your videos and mean no malice, but a little more structure will aid viewing (and selling)😊
Fair comment well made, this particular video was even more erratic than normal, we do keep saying that more polish is needed, we will get there but the bickering is so much fun.

Just post a cadastral map with the boundaries and an aerial, if they hardly know i how will a possible buyer know? Supervague and already a red flag for me.
The property bounderies in Portugal are ridiculous...best example here.
They can be a bit crazy but with a little patience and good will it can be brought together.

You have kitchen and a space to live while you get on with fixing it, it is a good price for what it is.
Looks as though the grapes were recently severed. This would be a good property at twice the price if the land puzzle was united.
Very true maybe not quite twice but significantly more. A little patience required from the next owner.
