Fond memories of the 22RB My father worked on sea defence contracts from 1937 to 1986 and I remember seeing these cranes used for beach excavation and piledriving

i worked in a quarry that had one of these, it had a huge steel ball on it for smashing rocks, the driver was called Paul and my dad used to call him Paul drop ball,🤣
