In our area (province), there are a lot of big businesses being operated by chinese (who cant speak the local dialect and speak bad filipino) who are not even registered with the BIR . We keep complaining but the LGU and BIR keep on turning a blind eye.

This is just Tarlac. Look into Pangasinan , and Zambales. There are a lot of illegal Chinese operating other businesses (not registered by the BIR) using local labor and treating them like slaves . Agencies, politicians , law enforcers , who allow these illegals to operate should be punished seriously.

And knows a lot of slogan like " i will help. Time for change...your friend in times of need...can do a lot for you....friends for ever.....your servant....helping friend....we will rise together. And lot more. That is Philippine politics right there. In contrast to that the standard requirements for a business industry is so high, but it does not match the salary they offer. Naturally one would prefer going overseas, because there are a lot of opportunity out there.

Based on the hearing, it appears that there is a filipino name who was named as president and partly owner of these properties. However, When they searched the home address of this person they’ve discovered that the house is a shanty.

Senator Gatchalian is knowledgeable and informative yet cautious with his choice of words maintaining a calm demeanour when explaining and answering Ms. Davila’s questions.
On the other hand Ms. Davila is aggressive and calculating beside trying hard to blame FPRRD and PBBM for not stopping the operations of POGO immediately.
We should be all thankful that this anomaly and inhuman activities were discovered and now being investigated. Hopefully, the victims will be protected and compensated while punishment will be served to the evil people behind POGO.

How was she able to issue a work permit ng walang requirements ng workers such as visa especially kung foreign nationals??? There are certain cities na nag rerequire ng documents. For example in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, companies submit an NBI clearance or Police clearance before the city issues a work permit to employees with a corresponding fee of 400 pesos. You can't blame her. This is from a live telecast, recorded and uploaded only to TH-cam to reach a wider audience. Lahat ng live segments, may director/s yan at may time limit. It's up to the reporters to control the flow of the conversation, so that all talking points they have prepared (or prepared for them) are covered before the time limit is reached. In order to fit everything in the segment within the limit, the host sometimes has to interject. Kasi pag hinayaan magsalita nang magsalita yung guest without interruption, then guest na yung masusunod kung kailan nya tatapusin yung punto nya. Baofu had no income then because the land was still bare in 2020. the company had no operating income yet at that time. buildings, villas, structures were built and probably got finished only in year 2021, and only after that did Baofu start leasing the building, villas to POGO and other tenants.
