Same here. I lost him to cancer in 2019 and trust me I have never been the same person ever since. I have become cynical, more anxious and in constant panic. Health anxiety just tops the chart and my unwavering faith in the Lord has just worn off. My father was such an honest person, helped people all his life, had a very very difficult childhood and then all his youth worked very hard to support his good for nothing siblings and worked 24*7 to support us, raise us, make us humans and at the end when he deserved a good retirement life, Cancer that too one of the most aggressive form of cancer is what God had to offer him, so Karma and all these bullshit can no longer influence me. This is Kalyug and it is unfair to the honest and the good

In the episode of 'Black Mirror' that I just mentioned, a machine was shown, and we talked about it extensively on the show. They also referred to it as a 'ghost hunter.'
Yes, they also mentioned that often these malevolent forces are drawn to real-world objects like statues, toys, stones, crystals, and it's absolutely true. I mean, when we talk about ghosts and spirits, they are not as powerful as demons, but they are still very dangerous.
Okay, so there are two aspects to this. Technically, if you answer it in the sense that ghosts and spirits have also had a human birth. Right? They have had a human experience. After death, they call it 'uni,' which means, just like we say 'human birth' or 'bird's birth,' it refers to a species in a sense. So, ghosts also have their birth in this way. Okay? So, when a person has a lot of desires or is very angry about something or feels the need for revenge at the time of death, they end up in a ghostly realm. For them, separate rituals are required for peace, acceptance, and tranquility.
So, they go to the ghostly realm, just like you can imagine being trapped in a feeling of anger for an hour or fifteen minutes due to an incident in your life. Imagine that feeling continuing for five hundred years. So, what will happen to you then? This is the realm of ghosts, and it could be anything. It could even be the last realm for some. Someone might say that they have lived a promiscuous life. Even after death, that desire remains; he doesn't have a body. It is full of torture, and in that state, they have to stay for two or three hundred years. Okay? Until they are no longer there and can move forward. That's why we perform rituals for ancestors and so on, because at some point, there were humans who needed liberation, not salvation. They needed to move forward.
Now, let's talk about the pishachas (malevolent entities). This is a different level of danger. Once they attach themselves to an object, they cling to it tightly. It's like keeping a royal Bengal tiger chained in China. You have to feed it, take care of it, and it's a lot of responsibility. If it accidentally gets out, it can be disastrous. It doesn't just affect one person; it affects the entire family and everyone associated with that object. Then, they work through it, and it's a very low-level entity. If you ever go into this field, you will be amazed, but I won't advise anybody to go there. No, don't go there. Stay within yourself.
Anyway, this exists not just in India but all over the world. Many people have such objects and they work for them. It can bring material success, but someday you will have to pay the price, either after death or in your next life. Those who are deeply involved in it often lose their sense of right and wrong. Ethics no longer matter to them. Once you've crossed that line, you become open to anything, and interest rates no longer affect you. You become susceptible to all sorts of minor demons.
