On 3:10, I miss the old HEAT ACTION MOVE from the original YAKUZA 2 on PS2 where Kiryu hits an enemy boss in the face with his knee and then uses the left hand to punch/hook him in the face and gets knocked down, K.O. BITCH!! Also, I wish they had more soundtracks to remix the original ones or add it as a side option like RE2 Remake is going to do.
I didn't like this twist. Takashima was obviviously behind that script and expected to see him but seriously Terada? I liked him in first game, how they portrayed him in Kiwami 2 is not great from start, it makes Kiryu and Kazama's decisions faulty. Besides Sohei Dojima died, Kazama died, Terada himself killed Shimano, what was the point? Jingweon story is a little sloppy to be honest. I think Omi-Tojo beef was much better plot.
I think this fight really ruins the immersion you can get from the next one with ryuji. How the fuck Kiryu can stand a whole mag from a submachine-gun without getting hurts? (sorry for my english i m french)
Just throwing this out there, I find it completely ridiculous that a boss fight against a guy with an Uzi and a group of goons is immediately followed by Kiryu getting ganked by some scrawny dude with a pistol. The cutscene vs gameplay differences are REALLY jarring. Also, the scrawny guy's pistol has an -infinite- extended ammo clip.
